We are in need of either a user-friendly (in terms of printing) parent report or a way to batch download and print the individual student reports as it is very time consuming and tedious to do this one by one. We are required to send results home with students, so this is very needed.

Printing reports by teacher (one report to include all of the teacher's sections) would be a huge aide in assisting in teaching strategies or even help with teacher evaluations. 2 of our principals were looking at the Achievement Status and Growth Summary report, but I feel this feature would be beneficial for all reporting. We would also like the ability to print by grade level for both school administrators as well as district administrators.

I agree! We have 60+ schools and need to print the parent reports at the district office because of budgeting issues. We need to be able to print all of the reports for all of the schools/grades at once.

PLEASE do this. The Family Report was literally created to share growth with families but it is not user friendly to send the out to the whole school at once. Why not? I should not have to pull these individually to make sure they split properly in order to upload them to our SIS. We have been sending the growth report but it is not the best report for families to understand (since you know... there was one literally created FOR families!). This should be a bulk download. Please, please!

I apologize if my comment is not geared towards the same feature that is being requested, but it does seem to be related. When looking through the filter options in the batch report, we need the ability to filter by grade-level standards. Right now, the report forces you to generate all K-12 standards. I don't need my 11th-grade students to reflect on or think about an elementary school standard and how they performed on it. Because this filter option does not exist, it leaves me with a batch report that is in excess of 600 pages for just one class.

YES! YES! YES! We use clever and I have a gazillion classes but want a grade level view for our highschool.

Please give an option to mass print/view reports for our teachers (to be able to view/print all their students at once without having to drill down to a class). Also, it would very helpful to be able to print/view whole grade level reports (family reports) at one time ad the campus/district level. Having to drill down class by class to print/view reports is cumbersome and extremely time consuming at the campus and district level.

I came here to the IdeaBank specifically to create this idea and was pleased to see that it is already here, so I've added my vote. I have five different school divisions at three different campuses, and I currently generate a student progress report for each student after each term. These individual student PDFs are uploaded in bulk to our Learning Management System for parents/students to review. The student profile report is a suitable replacement, but I really need the ability to generate a single PDF for each student in bulk. Having to generate these for each class separately and having a single PDF for each class that must be divided to create individual PDFs for each student is very cumbersome. Knowing that the old report is going away in Summer 2024, I contacted support to be proactive in finding a solution and was directed to submit the idea here.
