  2. Class Profile Reports include only the 3 Most Recent Terms Tested - which is only the PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR.

My School Administration wants data from the previous 5 years.

The only report available in the DATA EXPORT SCHEDULER is a highly detailed report which takes advanced Excel skills to extract the desired data for our Middle/High school principal and others in the School Administration.

  3. In some cases, I have to allow a student to test before they are enrolled in any classes. I am unable to access any reports for these students, even though I am able to test them. If I can give a student a test - regardless of whether they are enrolled in a class - I should be able to pull a student progress report on them. I need to see the data of the test they took, but there is currently no way to do this. I can see RIT score, but that's it.

  4. Expanding on the Standards View of the MAP Class Report by selecting the grade band of standards that you would like to view. I would love to see what previous standards my students know (for example-- if they can't round decimals in grade 5, can they round whole numbers from grade 4?) and also what higher level standards they know as well.

  5. Please consider making the Standards View feature available for Virginia schools and aligning the displayed standards to the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL). This would make MAP Growth Class Reports significantly more actionable for teachers by helping them connect student performance directly to the standards used for instruction and identify areas for targeted support.

  6. In Colorado, we are unable to see alignment of our MAP Growth results against Colorado State Standards in Grades K-2 and Grades 9-12. This is a super helpful tool for Grades 3-8 and we need it for the other grades as well.

  7. Click to get to a page. Click report. Click 6 choices to find individual student name. You can search by student name, but you need to click two places first just to do that. Additionally, once you get to a page, it kicks you out too soon then you need to do all the clicking again. Same with printing an individual report. Need to click through 5 prompts before you can print - then, you need to go to a different page to actually have it print.

  8. We were in a data meeting interpreting our MAP data and I noticed the quadrant shows on the left that the the graph goes from lowest percentile growth on the bottom up to the highest on the top on the Y axes. However on the right side of the graph "Lower growth" is on the top and "higher growth" is on the bottom. These labels on the right should be flipped to match the graph levels of percentiles on the left. The top right quadrant is showing "lower growth" and "Higher achievement" on the actual graph but the key shows…

  9. After a campus has placed all their students into test sessions. They may very well have new students enroll.
It would be nice to be able to run a report that will show all new students, who are not currently in a session - or even what students have not yet been assigned a test.

  10. Would like oneroster exports to support multi-instructor sections and tables that display the sections to be responsive.

Right now where it displays a student's sections, if there's too many there isn't a way to access the cut-off ones. Would also like a column in the export to NWEA to include a section key so they don't split up, as we wouldn't want the 10 person limit that clever's spec has.

  11. We are excited about the new standards view in the Class Profile. It will be helpful for teachers in instructional planning. For school leaders, it would be helpful for us to explore aggregate patterns that won't be as obvious across many separate class views.  If we could export the standards data, it would allow us to aggregate and analyze for program, grade, and school-level patterns. Thanks for considering!

  12. We would love to have a parent / family portal. Providing this access to student's summary would be beneficial to all stakeholders. Improved transparency, communication, and accountability are all benefits of having a parent portal. Not to mention the time and paper saving that would come from not having to print out the family letters. Furthermore, the family letters are good, but has limited information as compared to the student summaries.

  13. The two ASG reports do not show any inactive teachers. As a district that experiences an average of 75 staff changes each year, trying to temporarily activate a teacher for these reports to be run is an untenable workaround.

Since the data for these teachers still resides in MAP and other reports such as the Class Profile report include inactive teachers, I hope this would not be a heavy lift to implement. Our administrators use the two ASG reports and need all teachers from the associated testing term to show in those reports. At the same time we need to…

  14. Currently there are no Summer MAP norms which is why percentiles don't populate on the student profile for tests taken during the Summer term. This has been a source of contention/confusion as we often test new students over the Summer in preparation for them starting with us in the Fall.

Our suggestion is that MAP includes a toggle to allow users to generate percentiles using norms from a different term (so allowing us to generate percentiles from Spring norms to populate on a Summer student profile).

  15. After each testing session we are manually creating quadrant charts that maps where each school in the division falls on the quadrant. The special report only shows one marker overall for ELA and one for Math. We need to show the quadrant charts overall by school and also for our subgroups (Gifted, Students with an IEP, and ELL).

  18. When using the app on desktops in the school, it works fine and I don't have to change the screen resolution.
When I try to use the NWEA app on laptops, it still states I have to change the screen resolution. This is very tedious as this is a large school and I have to do this for over 900 laptops every time we are doing this testing.

I have figured out that to make it work I would have to change the "scale" from the default 150% on the laptops to either 125% or 100%. But this still does…

  19. We are currently deepening our work with NWEA MAP data to drive targeted student growth interventions. As we work to build data literacy with our teaching staff, we are looking for a more streamlined way for teachers to view longitudinal classroom data in a single central location.

We would like to request that a new report—or an update to an existing one—be developed to better display comprehensive class-level data. Specifically, we need each teacher to be able to pull up their class roster and view all three seasonal RIT scores (Fall, Winter, and Spring) side-by-side for each student.

    Currently, the…

  20. The exact RIT score for Instructional Areas should be available in the Grade Breakdown report rather than a RIT range. Currently, the only way to get exact student data is to download repeatedly from the Class Profile report which is not possible when examining data and determining MTSS placement at the school or district level.
