  3. When looking at the ASG quadrant report, I am unable to see an entire class period at once due to some of my classes being split in to multiple sections (Co-teach/ICS in high school). It would be awesome to be able to pull up those different sections all at once to see the data for a whole class period.

  4. We use the percentile ranking for several things at our school. If the information in the school profile could be downloaded in a CSV file that would be very helpful. We need to be able to sort the information. If the grade breakdown report included the percentile it would have everything we need.

  5. As a specialist I work with small groups of students in grades K-5 based on their ability levels and needs. The class view of the learning continuum was very helpful when making small groups, monitoring progress within groups, and planning lessons and differentiation. Without this tool I spend hours flipping back and forth through student profiles to see who is ready to develop which skills. We need this class view of the report back so we can see quickly what each student group needs to focus on and which skills the groups have mastered. Please bring back this report!

  9. We use MAP Screening tests frequently which is a useful tool to quickly measure student performance. We can share the Screening results for the individual family according to the student progress report with the parents (which is the only student-level report for Screening), it is helpful for us to get better communication with our PTA.

    Please don't discontinue the student progress report available, the report is supper clear and easy to read for the parents. If this cannot be done, please work the screening testing option into a new student-level report.

  10. The Student Progress report allows you to select growth terms you want shown. We always use fall to spring goals for reporting, even though we test during winter. We set goals in the fall and don't want those goals to change on the final report. The student profile report and the family report do not allow you to select which growth terms will be displayed. If we replace the student progress report with either of these (Student Profile or Family report) we need to be able to choose the growth term.

  11. We look at the data in the Class Profile Report and it would be helpful for educators to select multiple sections on the Class Profile Report instead of one section.

Our district looks at the achievement of NWEA math and reading goals for each of the grade levels to set short and long term goals, determine professional development and for discussion during our professional learning communities. If this data is removed it would be nearly impossibly to look at the impact of teaching, curriculum resources, and growth/achievement in specific areas. I know it is possible because it will be on the class profile coming out in June.

  13. We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

  14. How about letting us download the "Test Events By Status" report even after the term has ended? Right now, we're stuck downloading on the last day of the term. Even worse,if there are tests on the last day or the day before the term window closes, they don't show up in the report. It's a bit of a hassle, right?

    This tweak would make tracking student progress easier and help us better tally the number of tests taken.

    Please keeps the data accessible even after the term's done.

    Just a suggestion for making NWEA MAP even more user-friendly.

  15. The quick search option for students is important for campus and district-level employees who need to look at data, so they do not have to drill down through Campus/Grade/Teach/Class.

  16. An Excel (vs current pdf) download of all users. Currently, I get a 20-page PDF with many of the same users at all our schools that I have to sift through visually in order to inactivate defunct users. It would be great to have the columns list the persons' last name, first name, and school. Thanks!

  18. Please do not discontinue class breakdown reports (by RIT/by instructional area/by projected proficiency)

    We use class breakdown reports to regroup students, effectively utilizing class breakdown reports to enhance instructional practices. Class breakdown reports are designed for teachers experienced with MAP.
    Please pay attention to us who use MAP data deeply in daily instruction.

  19. We use the Screener in between the Growth testing (BOY, MOY, EOY) to track data. The screener is only 20 questions in math and ELA. There is only 1 report that I can find to view the data. I have to look at EACH STUDENT one at a time. There should be an easier report to view Screener data and break it down.

  20. The "Growth Over Time" report scrunches when printed as a PDF. It would be nice for students and families to be able to view this graph in the format it displays on a computer screen. I think it could be solved with an option to print the report in Landscape mode.
