  1. Please design a video to send to parents along with the family report helping them understand how to interpret their child's report. It would be great if that link can be embedded into the report so that they can access it if reports are sent digitally.

  2. On the school profile quadrant chart, one needs to hover to get the grades to show up. Could they show up automatically so that they are there if we print?

  3. As a district level user of the NWEA reports, I want to be able to filter the grade levels of the "District Profile" and "Student Summary" reports to only include our Elementary Data. I am the assistant director of Elementary Schools. So, when I pull data, I am not necessarily as concerned with the data for grades 6-9. It makes it difficult to view these overarching reports if i can't filter on specific grade levels. The Middle School Assistant Director would agree. When she views District Level Data, she doesn't need K-5.

  5. Add the ASG Quadrant Report to the School Profile Report so that it adds another and more convenient way to look at longitudinal cohort data

  6. Our teachers believe it would be beneficial to students if a report containing each student's lowest-scored TEKS that need to be REINFORCED within each instructional category could be printed. Currently we can get that information from the Student Profile, but teachers have to plow through all the data, then create a spreadsheet.

Having a report that outlines the areas of weakness (maybe top 5) would allow teachers to focus on those concepts with the students to close the gaps of knowledge.

  7. We are in need of a report that will allow us to export an entire building's RIT scores in a format that includes the teacher and class the student is enrolled in (i.e. Integrated Math I).

  8. I would like to see a function that populates a small group based on historical map data that are linked to a standard that we are teaching. For Example, If we are going to teach the standard of finding the area of a standard shape in 3rd-grade math, I would like MAP Reports to populate small groups based on areas that my students are below, on level, or proficient in the skills needed to learn that skill.

  9. We need the ability to run a class/grade level/school report that shows growth in the instructional areas. It would also be great to have this as a graph in each student profile.

  10. I'd like to be able to set any Rostered;Start term; and End term parameters that I'd like to see for teacher and school growth reports. Particularly, I'd like to be able set for Rostered current year; Start term Spring of previous year, and end term Winter (even fall) of current year.
Essentially, we want to eliminate motivation for teachers to "sandbag" fall testing to make growth easier to attain by running all of our growth measure back to spring of the previous year.

  11. I just learned on an NWEA support call that we can only have one report in the "queue" at a time in the "Data Export Scheduler". When I review the page where I requested and the report, I don't see anything telling me that. A use could spend plan developing a sequence of stacked reports thinking they would become available one at a time. The "Data Export Scheduler" page does say "Only the most current data export is available for download." but it doesn't say one report can be "in process" at a time and if a second report is…

  13. Class Report is needed. It is concise and used with interventionists and teachers during PLCs. We do not have to bring computers and log into the profile reports. The profile reports are nice but difficult to print in a nice concise way like the class report

  14. The Growth Over Time section/graph in the Student Profile report should go back farther-we can only see 8 tests (which is less than 3 school years in some cases) this is not enough data over time for a student. This is really the ONLY report that students care about as it shows how they fall in the 5 color bands and this is the only easy place to see this.

  15. Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - This would be extremely beneficial for grade level intervention, MTSS/RTI, etc. Right now, we're having to piece together reports and disaggregate further in order to best group students by their lowest instructional area/need across the grade level.

  16. It would great if, on the "Test Event History" page we had a short statement about the cutoff "Standard Error Score" that wold invalidate a student's test.

Also, if we could have a statement that shared there was an invalid score on a stdent profile page that would be helpful.

I manage the MAP test for a large district (40K+ students) and a school reached out today saying "We know he completed his test - we saw him do it. Now we don't see a score. What's going on?" Somehow marking a test event as invalid and at least a…

  19. Could we be able to see the historical data and instructional areas for students who have completed the testing multiple times? So, if I were to select last winter's roster for a student report, it would look like it did then. The idea is that I'm looking for the specific learning outcomes that have changed for a student.

  20. As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.
