We are in the process of our beginning of the year window. I am looking forward and planning data protocols with the reports that will be available starting in the 2024-25 school year. During the window, I need a way on demand to pull the list of students that have finished testing across the entire district. I see that the grade breakdown csv is set to be retired and will be replaced by the district/school profile report. Although I may technically be able to see the data in this report, I do not see how I would export a full list of the student results. I tried to run the comprehensive/combined data file. It takes a long time to run and there is not a way to time the running of the request to be after the overnight sync but by 5 am or so to provide information to schools by the start of the school day. Please reconsider the retiring of the grade breakdown report as none of the development plans meet this need.
