MAP scores should follow the student anywhere in Texas

Currently the scores are only at the district. If a student moves we get no previous data.

    This would be true within any state or even nation wide.

    This is so important for our BOCES students. When they come in from district, we have to start over with NWEA testing. But if the information followed them, for example by state ID, then we can continue testing at the functional level right away.
