Change format of PDF to "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (Uses Microsoft online services)"

Currently, the reports that can be downloaded as a pdf (Family report). These reports cannot be used with their current format with a Document Delivery system such as the one in PowerSchool. The only workaround is to use a converter tool, such as Adobe, to convert the file to a word document, and then convert that document back to a PDF with the format "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service). Can you change the format of the original file in NWEA so we do not have to convert the file twice to be able to use it?

    Colorado state law will soon require all digital/print documents to be accessible. This is going to be one of the criteria we use to determine if we continue with vendors or not...please help us stick with NWEA!
