"Ready For" Report
It would be helpful to have a "student report" and a "class report" that shows a list of TEKS the students are "ready for" or to make the current student report an excel download, so we can copy and cut the information we need / don't need.
I know the current student report shows this information, but it is about 12 pages long and it's a PDF, so we cannot do anything but print it, we can't grab the data we need.
If we could just download a list of the TEKS it would be much easier to use the data.
Example Student Report In Excel:
Johnny - Ready for TEKS
1.6E - identify three-dimensional solids, including spheres, cones, cylinders, rectangular prisms (including cubes), and triangular prisms, and describe their attributes using formal geometric language. Readiness
2.2B - use standard, word, and expanded forms to represent numbers up to 1,200. Readiness
2.8C - classify and sort polygons with 12 or fewer sides according to attributes, including identifying the number of sides and number of vertices. Readiness
Example Class Report in Excel:
These students are ready for TEK 3.4A - solve with fluency one- step and two-step problems involving addition and subtraction within 1,000 using strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and the relationship between addition and subtraction. Readiness

Our teachers believe it would be beneficial to students if a report containing each student's lowest-scored TEKS that need to be REINFORCED within each instructional category could be printed. Currently we can get that information from the Student Profile, but teachers have to plow through all the data, then create a spreadsheet.
Having a report that outlines the areas of weakness (maybe top 5) would allow teachers to focus on those concepts with the students to close the gaps of knowledge.
