have accommodations attach to students all terms- academic school year
Can we have a feature to keep student accommodations for the school year? TIDE (state testing) and other platforms have this feature.
Adding accommodations each BOY,MOY and EOY to 4 tests per 3 grade levels, 3 times a year is tedious and time consuming.
6th- 4 tests, 7th- 4 tests, 8th grade 4 tests
4 x 3 = 12 tests
12 tests x BOY, MOY, EOY = 36 tests total
36 tests total x 400 students with accommodations= 14, 400 times of accommodations inputted
Also, can the Reading and Language test be combined?

I just posted a similar idea because having the individual teacher/proctor set what my District considers universal accommodations is mad and maddening.
In case you didn't know, proctors can renew their saved BOY sessions and bring them into MOY and EOY. Just have to add any new students. That might save you some time! -

YES, that accommodations can be set up as part of the student profile (maybe through Program Participation?). Where I work we take three tests, three times a year, so that 9 accommodations to mark per student that has accommodations. And as we test about a thousand students each of those times, numbers climb up quickly.
