Let School Coordinators View All Testing Progress in Real Time
Currently, only proctors monitoring active test sessions can see students' progress during the tests. It would be really helpful if school coordinators could directly access and view students' progress in all active sessions without having to rely on each proctor to provide updates or download testing progress files. This would greatly simplify test management and reduce the burden on proctors, especially when monitoring multiple students. Thanks!

It is too much detail and work for teachers to create test sessions and assign the right tests, etc. It is actually quite difficult to get some teachers to create test sessions with the correct students, accomodations and tests, and leaves a lot of room for error. Test Coordinators need to be able to create test sessions and assign them straight to proctors so they see it as a saved session with they login to their proctor account. Please enable this feature.

Testing Coordinators and admin NEED a testing dashboard that shows all classes, all proctors, all students, all tests, all progress, all accommodations set, all terminated sessions, all rapid guessing, all completed tests for a specific testing season.
It is imperative this is developed. It is so difficult to manage a school of testing, when there is no easy way to see how students are progressing. We have to rely on a spreadsheet teachers update, but they often forget to update, and it is very difficult to figure out with many students, many sessions going, and it creates delays (24 hours, have to run reports or check student by student to see if they are done) in updated progress. It makes it very difficult to help all students finish testing in a testing window. -

I think you should have a live dashboard that testing coordinators can use to watch live data of what teachers are testing, how many students are done, how many are still working, what question those students are on. Our school uses a two hour testing block and I have to make calls whether to start pulling students to the library to finish prior to the end of the testing session or extend the session entirely if kids are still going. The only way I can make this call is to have teachers put sticky notes outside their door at various intervals. When they forget...and they always forget...I have to go into the rooms and disrupt the testing environment to get the numbers. Having a live dashboard would be extremely helpful in making those calls and with helping teachers when students accidentally pause themselves or suspend themselves giving quick feedback to the teachers as to how to fix it.
