The grade level report includes a breakdown of both number of students and percentage of students in each percentile column both for overall RIT and by Instructional areas. However, I know this is a report that is being retired and replaced with the school report. However, the school report does NOT give the breakdown by instructional areas. Is this something that will be added to the school report?? This is vital data we use on our data days!

It would be nice to have the grade level data for the district available on the Grade Report along with the building-level data instead of just the building-level data. It would be great to see the number of students that fit in the RIT range for each Instructional Area.

Please bring this back!! I used this more than any other report. I am in charge of data tracking for my entire building and without this, I can't do my job. We also use it for MTSS process, class schedule leveling, and tracking certain groups of students. Losing this report is a HUGE loss! I used it to print and give to grade level teams to analyze as well. This was the number 1 requested report by grade level teachers.

PLEASE give back our grade level reporting. I use it all the time as an admin. I need it to combine district elementary schools' data as they transition the the middle school level. If I don't have this, I have to pull each school, then pull each teacher from that school- which I usually have to ask who teaches the grade, then I pull and combine.... this takes WAY TOO LONG!

As a MAP user for 10+ years, this is one of my most frequently used reports. It is essential to my ability to easily access and print data regarding entire grades, as I am looking at building wide data. This information is essential in the MTSS process. Having to go to each student individually will be incredibly laborious. Please don't make the MTSS process harder. Help us keep this valuable information.
