I just learned on an NWEA support call that we can only have one report in the "queue" at a time in the "Data Export Scheduler". When I review the page where I requested and the report, I don't see anything telling me that. A use could spend plan developing a sequence of stacked reports thinking they would become available one at a time. The "Data Export Scheduler" page does say "Only the most current data export is available for download." but it doesn't say one report can be "in process" at a time and if a second report is generated prior to completion of the first, the user may get an "error".
