Add a button that we can click to submit an issue with the website.
When getting kicked out of the test, and seeing an "error" message, or issue with the testing site. It would be nice to have a "report an issue" button that we can click. The status page takes a while to get updated and instead of having to sit on chat for over an hour just to say "hey, there's an issue. Did you know?" We could do something to make sure you knew - like click a button. Teachers are people of action - waiting around without any info about why we can't test, is very stressful. Especially when we are to follow specific testing schedules.
ALSO - when an issue does arise, when YOU (the test company) notice it even if it is still being investigated, send out an email to districts so we know something is going on and you are on it. We can plan better. Limited time and resources makes working around tech issues stressful. The better you can work to let us know what is going on, the less stressful it is.
