Client Notification When System is Down
MAP should PROACTIVELY post a message on their website and/or send immediate communication to their stakeholders when they're experiencing internal issues, i.e. today's server issue, RATHER THAN waiting for stakeholders to contact them, wait on the phone for hours of time, to find out what the issue is. Today's server error was INCREDIBLY disruptive to our EOY testing schedule and school community. The communication from MAP was not there and could have mitigated many of these frustrations.
