NWEA needs to be able to calculate the student participation rate in a given testing window. NWEA needs to track the number of students rostered in a testing window and the percent of students who completed tests, by grade level.

As a verified data program for state charter renewal, and with the 95% participation rate as a condition of that verification, this seems like very important information for NWEA to produce. I am currently going through charter renewal, and the Authorizer is asking the School to produce a verified report that shows the participation rate. The fact that NWEA can't do this, and our school utilized NWEA specifically for charter renewal, is very upsetting and disappointing. It will definitely cause us to reevaluate our partnership with NWEA.
