Completely agree. I feel that some reports need to be created with the Testing/Data Coordinator in mind because we look at multiple grades. It is cumbersome and not efficient to have to log into each class profile.

As Dean of Students, I review all grades testing information. I would love to have a report, similar to class profile, but that is geared towards a testing/data coordinator looking at all grade levels together. Specifically I would like to have the "Student grouped by RIT Band" be available for having the choice to check off multiple grade levels. I have been reviewing RIT Bands across grades and would like to have a report that creates all students K-6 by rit band. Ideally the report would allow me to check of grade levels or classes or an all option. The report would provide all students of those checked off by RIT and would give student name and grade listed under the band. It would be really great, if it could include student RIT score also.
You do not need to log in as each teacher. You create the sessions all under your email and administrator account. When the proctor logs in to take the test, they go to test sessions and will not see any sessions under their own name. The proctor then clicks on created by and changes to your name. All the testing sessions will appear that you have created. The proctor just clicks on their test. It is important that you name the tests distinctly so your proctors can recognize it. Do not use the automated name for the session. Create your own names.
