  1. I would like to see the Benchmark score for ORF on the same page as the Progress Monitoring. (When I look at the Progress Monitoring report for Phonological Awareness I can easily see the student's Benchmark test details as well as Progress Monitoring scores.) For ORF I have to go back to the Benchmark tab to see their score.

  2. With MAP Growth, if a student is tested with the wrong grade level, you can change their grade level in NWEA, and their percentiles will be recalculated. That doesn't seem to happen with Reading Fluency. Can we fix that?

  3. On the individual student report, it would be helpful if the passages read and corresponding data would show up in the order the passages were read by the student. This would help a teacher see how the assessment was adaptive and what caused the student to move up or down in passage difficulity.

  4. Is there a way to compare dates taken rather just by term? We have students who have taken the assessment in the same term but a month or so apart. I'd like to see the school-wide data as a whole comparing their Sept. to Nov. test.

  5. On Benchmark Matrix Reports -

    Please provide the following:

    • List the date of test completion - to easily identify the latest test - when more than one test is administered in one term.

    • List the ZPD level numbers for Phonological Awareness and Phonics

    • List the percentiles for Phonological Awareness and Phonics

    This additional data will allow us to quickly identify growth in students receiving interventions - so instruction can be adjusted to meet needs.

  10. There are several things that would be useful in fluency reporting:
    1. It would be wonderful to access a report that compares a student's fluency progress from testings across the year. I always have to sit and individually compare from fall to winter, winter to spring, spring to fall, etc.

    2. It would be helpful to have a clear chart of how the fluency levels (below, approaching, meets, and exceeds) are reached for grade levels. It is hard to determine why a student is kicked back to phonemic awareness when others are not.

  12. Export option to show only the latest scores. Instead of all. Multiple rows in the export file requires manipulation before uploading to other data warehouses.

    In our specific case, there were multiple scores in "ProgressMonitoringFoundationalSkillsPhonologicalAwarenessDomainScore" and only 1 score for OralReading WCPM. The rows with the different PA domain scores were empty in the ORWCPM column. And the import overwrote the ORWCPM as blank when it got to that row

  13. Having more reporting options, or less-cumbersome reporting where we don't have to toggle back and forth between students or test. Some ideas include a printer-friendly version for benchmark matrix; one student report with benchmark comparisons; pie graph for class for overall benchmark scores, as well as levels within foundational skills. There are so many report options for MAP Growth, it would be FANTASTIC to have the same for Fluency so as to better interpret data.

  14. Move the Foundational Skills Tables directly under the ZPD Levels (it was previously like this). At some point within the last few months the order changed and it’s now: ZPD Levels, Sentence Reading Fluency, Foundational Skills Tables

  15. Add printable PDF's of Progress Monitoring measures that are completed, to see exactly what students can and can't do. The only way to know what students are doing is to actually watch them test. We want to be able to target skills and without a report/printable PDF that shows the skills they got and didn't get, this is very difficult.

  17. Schools need to be able to see students' growth in Phonics and Word Study. The term summary report shows the percentage of students at each level for Phonics and Word Study. This is helpful. However, we also needs a report that shows whether or not growth is happening in Phonics and Word Study. A report that compares the Phonics/Word Study Levels from BOY to MOY to EOY would be helpful.

  18. In the Profile & Next Steps section on a student report it would be helpful to be able to have each links information included on the report. Right now schools are having to take screenshots to add to the child's report. Currently, there's not option to print out each information for the links.

  19. When printing student reports the Instructional Recommendations are not included on the report. It would be helpful to know when facilitating follow up activities for individuals or groups.

  20. When printing individual reports for a class it doesn't have the students name on every page. There are several pages that are included in their report. If any of the pages gets separated there's not way to tell who that belong to.
