Get rid of the new chat bot. With all of the changes the July update has caused me to work through I was not extremely excited to be greeted by a bot when I went to contact the help desk through the chat option. I honestly think your real people are extremely helpful and though the bot still allows me to get to a real person, I could feel my blood pressure go up as I clicked through the multiple choice questions... which is the case with any chat or phone bot.
