Maintain the Term Rostering for students who have test events, even if they unenroll before the end of the testing window.

Now, if a student is removed from the Clever roster, the entire enrollment term in progress is removed for that student. This happens regardless of whether the student has test events in the window or when in the window they exited the school. That means meaningful test data is excluded from class reports and school profile reports.
