NWEA needs to allow users to change the test term so that the Test Reports by Status Operational Report can be run for terms beyond the current one.

Since NWEA does not produce a test participation rate for charter schools to verify the 95% participation rate legal requirement for Charter Renewal verified data, the Test Events by Status Operational Repor was the report I was referred to by NWEA Support. But since this report can not be run for past terms, it is useless.

Many charter schools are using NWEA as their verified data source for Charter Renewal, and the fact that NWEA can not produce the student participation rate is very upsetting and disappointing. This needs to be corrected ASAP.
