Please adjust NWEA’s nightly Clever data pull from its current time of 6:00 p.m. PST to the early morning hours, after 12:30 a.m., so newly enrolled students are available in MAP on their first day of school.

Currently, a student starting on a testing day may not appear in MAP until after the evening sync. To allow the student to test that day, staff must manually add them to MAP. This creates a bottleneck and undermines the purpose of the automated integration.

Moving the data pull to the early morning hours would help ensure new enrollments are captured before the school day begins and reduce the need for manual entry.
