An error occurred while saving the comment Brian Nussbaum commentedI understand the desire to simplify the number of reports. Currently, nothing does what the quadrant report does. This is where I can finally get buy-in from teachers with a super-easy-to-understand report. After winter testing they finally say "Oh! Now I get it!".
I have been told that it will be incorporated into some of the other reports--but I have not seen it yet. I know the data is there in table form, but that is NOT a good data display for understanding.
I would actually like an enhanced quadrant report that allows for additional filtering by subgroups, such as EL or SWD.
At the least it would be helpful to telegraph early (before Winter break!) how the new reports will display this in a user-friendly way.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brian Nussbaum commentedIf we are to communicate with families, it is essential that this report be available in multiple languages. Home language should be a field in the Clever-sync so that it just automatically printed in the needed language for each student.

The loss of the ability to have a printed copy of this retired report is a real challenge for how we helped teachers digest data. This was the only report we printed in the past. We had an activity after each fall testing session teachers used highlighters to track individual students and to see the variability in the subscores. This ability to see this on one (printed) page was crucial. It really helped teachers to not view students as a single number, but with strengths and areas for growth.
It was also the page that teachers could use to quickly group students for an activity--sometimes heterogeneously, sometimes homogeneously.
This data now (sort of) lives on the Class Profile. But without the ability to see multiple instructional areas at a time, nor the ability to print, it is not very usable.
Please bring back this legacy report!
