Add detail to Data Export Scheduler
I just learned on an NWEA support call that we can only have one report in the "queue" at a time in the "Data Export Scheduler". When I review the page where I requested and the report, I don't see anything telling me that. A use could spend plan developing a sequence of stacked reports thinking they would become available one at a time. The "Data Export Scheduler" page does say "Only the most current data export is available for download." but it doesn't say one report can be "in process" at a time and if a second report is…

KEEP Class Report
Class Report is needed. It is concise and used with interventionists and teachers during PLCs. We do not have to bring computers and log into the profile reports. The profile reports are nice but difficult to print in a nice concise way like the class report

Growth Over Time section in Student Profile
The Growth Over Time section/graph in the Student Profile report should go back farther-we can only see 8 tests (which is less than 3 school years in some cases) this is not enough data over time for a student. This is really the ONLY report that students care about as it shows how they fall in the 5 color bands and this is the only easy place to see this.

Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - MTSS/RTI benefits & not having to disagg
Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - This would be extremely beneficial for grade level intervention, MTSS/RTI, etc. Right now, we're having to piece together reports and disaggregate further in order to best group students by their lowest instructional area/need across the grade level.

Standard error
It would great if, on the "Test Event History" page we had a short statement about the cutoff "Standard Error Score" that wold invalidate a student's test.
Also, if we could have a statement that shared there was an invalid score on a stdent profile page that would be helpful.
I manage the MAP test for a large district (40K+ students) and a school reached out today saying "We know he completed his test - we saw him do it. Now we don't see a score. What's going on?" Somehow marking a test event as invalid and at least a…

Adapt terms for international schools.
We would appreciate if for international schools you have the possibility of choosing the real terms for us (southern hemisphere).

Viewing previous instructional strategies
Could we be able to see the historical data and instructional areas for students who have completed the testing multiple times? So, if I were to select last winter's roster for a student report, it would look like it did then. The idea is that I'm looking for the specific learning outcomes that have changed for a student.

Combined Data Export
As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.

Reports in Google Doc
It would be very helpful for my team if the Family Report could be exported as a Word File or Google Doc. We mailmerge reports like this out to our families and mailmerge their addresses into it so that they can be sent to the correct place, but this is much harder to do with a PDF file. Thanks for your consideration!

Create state data reports for schools taking MAP Growth
I would love to be able to compare our school's data with other state schools participating in MAP Growth like we are able to do with the PSAT and SAT. We like to have a data point for both state and national averages for comparisons.

Parent Report Additions
After having parent conferences and explaining the decrease in growth and/or achievement, we find ourselves pulling up the student profile at times and using more charts, graphics and data from it to explain the parent report. For example, the test duration would be great to include on the parent report. That, at times, explains why their score dropped. This helps teachers explain this decrease a little better.

Longitudinal Reports
Could NWEA create a report to show longitudinal growth/achievement over 5 years at the district/campus/teacher level? It could look like the graph on the student profile. :)

Gender X options should be available as default, rather than special request
To be more inclusive, the Gender X option should be available by default for all schools, rather than needing to make a special request to have it added.

Translated family NWEA growth reports (Spanish please)
I would love to be able to print off a copy of the NWEA growth family report in spanish. When I went looking for this option I came across this page which makes it seem like it is possible, but I was told by an agent that engineering hasn't been completed and that was why I couldn't find instructions.

Student Profile Portability when Transferring Schools
I'd like to be able to transfer my student's records from school to school when/if we move. Currently my employment has us moving quite often, while I can manually compare the scores from MAP testing it would be far more beneficial to have their record move with them if their new school conducts your testing.
Within my employer alone there are thousands of children in a similar situation, not all of them are always at an NWEA MAP testing school but a sizable portion may be.5 votes -
Students in grades 6 - 8 would benefit from having access to see past results on MAP assessments in order to set goals and targets.
Students in grades 6 - 8 would benefit from having access to see past results on MAP assessments in order to set goals and targets. Right now, teachers look up and print off lists with results (i.e. Spring 2024 for the Fall 2024 MAP Assessment in Reading or Math), then share those individual results with students, who take those results and complete goal sheets for Winter and Spring. Providing students with an easy access login to see previous RIT scores and % ranks on assessments would develop buy in and goal setting skills.
