Improve the usability of the School Profile by rostering Multiple Instructors
When a principal views the School Profile and clicks on a grade level, there are significantly more classes rostered than there are actual classes (because multiple adults work with each class). This makes the report unusable for principals.
If there was a way to add Multiple Instructors to a class in our data upload rather than adding them manually, we could reduce the number of classes by 80%, and the report would become usable for principals. As it stands, I can't recommend to them to use the School Profile.

Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report
Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report where I can look at a class as a whole, see all of their names and their status for all tests at once.
Example: 4th grade, all student names listed down the left and all their assigned tests across the header row, with statuses in every cell (ex: Started, In Progress, Complete)6 votes -

Instructional Area Grouping Report messy for sharing/printing
I am trying to get ONLY the "Students Grouped by Instructional Areas" portion on a nice clean PDF. The only option is to print PDF at the top right of ALL of the class data, and if you see my attached screenshot, it cuts off all of the data or splits it between two pages. How do you recommend only getting this report separately in a nice clean PDF including all of the data?

Print Test Details section of Class Profile
It would be very helpful if we could print the Test Details section of the Class Profile on one page for teachers to have as a reference. When you print the entire report it takes a few pages and the headings of the chart do not appear on each page. If you make the screen smaller and screen shot to print, the type becomes too small to read.

Give Admin role the ability to see students without valid scores/untested students.
Currently, the only way to see who has not tested is to give the School Assessment Coordinator role. We don't like to give this role to buildings because of the ability to edit student data among other things. It would be great to give the Admin the ability to see the students with out valid tests report.

Data Sharing with IXL
Prior to the 2024-2025 school year, Data Sharing was available between NWEA MAP and IXL. It would be VERY beneficial to reinstate that connection. The connection between the 2 programs allows our teachers to track and assign content specific to the learners needs. It was very helpful to see if the data aligned between the 2 programs. Please reconsider this connection.

Projected Growth data in Combined Data Export
It would be helpful if we could download projected growth for students following a term of testing. For example, there is a column for Fall-to-Winter Projected Growth column in the Combined Data Export, but it is only populated in the Winter when there is actual growth. Having this projected growth goal in this report in the Fall would allow teachers to provide information to students to support goal-setting and action planning. While this data is available in the Student Profile Report, that requires either calling each student up 1 by 1, or printing multiple pages per student, instead of being…

See terminated tests at the student Level
Include some way for us to see the specific students whose tests have been terminated. One Idea would be to include a notation in the "Students Without Valid Test Results" operational report.
Rationale: We only allow 1 test per window so if a teacher does not want a student's results to "count against them," all the teacher needs to do is terminate the test and keep quiet. This is because without this feature in a large district there is no feasible way for me to ensure that all students have truly been given the opportunity to take the MAP Growth…5 votes -
Achievement Status and Growth Report Sort By RIT Score
In the past when running the Achievement Status and Growth Report we had a report option to print this report by sorted by RIT score and no longer can.
I've tried printing the Class Report where I can sort the results but the PDF print is messy and several pages. I've also tried printing the Achievement Status and Growth Report with Quadrants. Again I can sort by RIT Score but the print is messy.
The spreadsheet is hard to read and several of our staff would have difficulty sorting it.
They have to turn in this report to administrators, so…

Report idea
I am looking for a report (exportable spreadsheet data) that would give me current students math and reading RIT scores for fall 2024, spring 2024, winter 2023, fall 2023, etc. but that also includes the homebase teacher's name (or first block, 2nd block, etc.) as a column in the data. The only way I've been able to get close is by running a Map Growth Class Report and exporting the class report. But that means I must run the report for each teacher x 2 subjects. It adds up.
The Grade Breakdown report doesn't seem to include the homeroom teacher.5 votes -

MAP Class Report Data Expansion
Can we please have access to class report data for more than the current and the previous academic year?
This will help teachers access class data for classes taught after students no longer take the MAP tests.

Bring back Class Report
To print the new Class Profile uses so much paper, please bring back the condensed Class Report. Downloading to .CVC file is too hard to read when there used to be a perfectly good readable report.

Think Long-Term
You can only have policies that are hostile to your customers for so long until you lose business. You are not Apple where you can brainwash your customers into thinking they are the problem instead of your product (and even that approach does not last forever). There are too many to list, but one is making it impossible for someone to have multiple accounts tied to the same email address (e.g. larger organizations) and rolling this out during the summer where those who can help at the school level are out for the summer. There are far better ways to…

Drill down ability in Class Profile
When viewing the online vefrsio of the Class Profile report would like to have the ability to drill down directly from the Achievement %tiles area of the report. Click on the 61-80% grouping and see just those students. This would avoid having to scroll down past the Students Grouped by RIT Band and then sort the %tile in the Test Details by Students group.

Achievement OR Growth Family Reports
Please, please allow schools the option to report EITHER achievement OR growth scores to families. Right now, schools are required to report both if they want to use Family reports.

Displaying Grade Breakdown RIT for the Instructional Areas
One of the great features of the retired Grade Report is the instructional areas mean RIT. We can see at a glance the grade level strength and concerns from that. Please add this feature into the School Profile which is supposed to be the replacement of the Grade report.

School Profile
Please add a filter in your School Profile so that we can view all students in either each grade level or the entire school, rather than having to scroll through each individual class. For example, I wanted to view all of the students for each of our schools that were in the 80th+ percentile. However, the only way to view was by either selecting the grade level and then clicking the "Blue" for each class to see a pop-up of the student OR, exporting the Grade Breakdown report and then aligning their RIT score with the Norms table.

Add historical data to district profile
Please add more historical data to the dynamic District and School Profile reports. Currently we can only see the data for the current and previous school year. When looking at cohort growth and achievement, it is critical to have more data than just the current and previous school year to look at for trends. The median achievement percentile for a grade level is particularly important to our district.
