Printable whole grade report with student scores in the School Profile report
Our school uses the grade report regularly to review our data all at once. I see that the School Profile report is soon to replace the Grade Report, but I haven't found a way to list all of our student's scores and subscores in a printable list in the School Profile report. The School Profile report is not a good replacement for the Grade Report for us. Is there a way to add a view to see all of the students' scores and make it printable?

Download Individual PDF Reports in Bulk
We want to associate student reports with our students in our SIS. It would be a huge time saver to allow a bulk download of all Student Profile or Family reports in a zip file. The PDFs could be titled with the student ID number for easy importing. Thank you.

Include sub-goals on the Family Reports
With the Student Growth Summary being retired, we would like the sub-goal areas included on the Family Reports. For example, Math: Geometry - Av, Numbers & Operations - High Av

Campus-Wide Family Reports
Please create a way for a campus to print campus-wide family reports. It is too time consuming to print by teacher.

Build a more comprehensive class profile including common areas of instruction
The information in individual student profiles is extensive and incredibly detailed (almost too much information) but if I want to know "what areas should I focus on more in class?" I need to look at every individual student to compare what specific topics they have in common.
Since MAP has all the specifics for each student, can't we generate a report that gives these specific growth areas across the whole class? I.e. 75% of the class needs more instruction on identifying themes in a work, but only 36% of the class needs more instruction on identifying setting.

Keep the Learning Continuum.
Like many of my colleagues, I used the learning continuum to plan for whole and small group instruction. This valuable tool helped us try to avoid the swiss cheese learning we all dread in education. Without the ease of use of the former learning continuum trying to cross reference student scores and scroll through categories by topic or standard is punishing, arduous and nearly impossible. What you are currently offering as your substitute for the learning continuum is not helpful. It is frustrating. You have essentially stripped away the most valuable facet of the data you provided.

ASG for Grade Level with students plotted
Our teachers LOVE the ASG. The love the original report (they call it the sticky notes). We also love the new school and class reports. However We are missing a report that plots each individual student in the entire grade level on the quadrant chart. This would really help planning grade level interventions, tutoring, enrichment, etc.

I greatly appreciate the Student Progress Reports. Please do NOT get rid of the Student Progress Reports.

Standards Reporting
It would be great if we could search for students who are ready to develop the same standards. For example, I would like to put in a standard and see all the kids in my class who need to develop that standard. It would be very helpful to plan for small groups. Right now, I have to look at each student's individual data and it is very time consuming.

UPDATE - Student Achievement Norms and Student Growth Norms Resources
Please update the Student Achievement Norms and Student Growth Norms Reference pages to account for COVID Gap and most recent national norms. This resource is crucial to truly analyzing our student data. Our teachers do not feel that norms from 4 years ago is dependable and accurate when analyzing their current data.

Create additional norming groups. One group using participating independent schools and another group for those who are French American.
Norming data matters. By creating sub-sets/groups, the data can be more precise, thereby supporting certain stakeholders with the dialogues they are having around data. Because the ISEE and SSAT are not using the same test design or norming data, the results are lower than on MAP while these are still standardized tests. This creates confusion and some might perceive MAP norming to be less competitive if they have students moving on to private high schools or to universities because the norms for the ISEE (connected to ERB) and to the SSAT are more demanding (the percentiles don't align between MAP…

Keeping the Student Progress Report
I am a school psychologist and for many years have used the Student Progress Report with my teams. It is a fantastic tool that allows the team to quickly view and process the student's scores in reading, math and language use over time. Having the %tiles available along with RIT score is extremely valuable. Teams can add this data to other pieces of data and help figure out if a child has skills similar to other students with disabilities or if they may have an attention or anxiety issue at play. Without this quick and easy to interpret data, I…

Skill Data
I would like to have a report where I can see, at a class level, what skills overall my students are struggling with. Not just specific topics, such as Geometry, but rather the specific geometry skill.

My school is on the quarter system. I need the ability to compare 2 assessments taken in the fall, or 2 in the winter or 2 in the spring.
Please make it possible to produce growth reports for assessments given within the same period (Fall, Winter or Spring). We are on the quarter system at my school and it would be beneficial to see the results prior to student schedules / teachers changing

Display more than one test in a term on the Student Profile Page
I give students the course-specific math tests, and my district requires the 6+ Math growth test. This means that on the student profile page, I can only pull up the data for the most recent test (or the test with the better standard deviation). I also cannot print the data for both the course-specific and 6+ Math for individual students or their guardians.

More options within current reports
It would be nice to have the ability within the class profile report to be able to select more than one class period (secondary) for a specific teacher. So the teacher can determine trends of all of their course level students instead of looking at each individual section of students. This would also be helpful to be able to do within school profile but have the ability to select multiple teachers within the same course to look for trends of all students taking that specific course, regardless of age/grade.

New NWEA Reports NEED PDF and Printing options!
Printing and Downloading the colorful reports for the class reports and some of the NEW innovative report styles that are being activated need those options. They are only available for viewing. Please have your IT or creator of the NWEA database add those options, which is essential for all users.

PDF export opiton for profile reports
We need an option to export a PDF version of the class profile, school profile, and new district profile reports. Administrators look at current performance and growth and they immediately want to compare it to prior years. We need a way to download the PDF of the reports so that it can be saved for future reference. Also, some district leaders do not log into NWEA to view reports because I share the reports with them. Having the download/export PDF option will assist with the sharing of the information with those leaders.
