Students who are color-blind are struggling with test questions due to shades of lavender in the math test questions
Change colors within test so all students have ability to easily access test questions.

Notification when System is Down
Rather than not answering your phone or chat when there is a known testing issue, why don't you post a message on the website. Better yet, you could email local administrators. I had better things to do today than be on hold for 30+ minutes. PS I never received a call back, as promised multiple times.

Add a button that we can click to submit an issue with the website.
When getting kicked out of the test, and seeing an "error" message, or issue with the testing site. It would be nice to have a "report an issue" button that we can click. The status page takes a while to get updated and instead of having to sit on chat for over an hour just to say "hey, there's an issue. Did you know?" We could do something to make sure you knew - like click a button. Teachers are people of action - waiting around without any info about why we can't test, is very stressful. Especially when we…

field questions to build confidence
To help build student confidence the test starts out with 2-3 easy (on grade-level or below) field questions. These questions do not have to count towards the test score. I have given this assessment several times and on the first or second question, I have students crying defeated because the question is so hard.

Terminating a Test should be admin only
Proctors should not be able to administer a test. I have had multiple proctors terminate multiple tests because a student thinks they are not done with a test (forgot they finished with a different teacher a different day), and the teacher gets flustered and terminates the test, thinking they can reset it so the student can be assigned a new test. Please make it much more difficult to terminate a test so this is not accidentally done. Thanks!

Remove accessibility warning from MAP screening tests
With the recent removal of the standard version of the MAP screening tests leaving only the accessible versions of the MAP screening tests, the pop-up warning that you have selected an accessible version of the screening tests that tells you to make sure you have chosen the correct version is misleading and causes proctors to question their choice when there is no longer any other version to select. Can that message be removed?

faster slow down sloth
Can the slow down sloth be set up within the MAP test to appear more quickly? We recognize this is a product change but are hoping it can be seriously considered.
Our team has noticed a critical feature of MAP NWEA is not quite what it could be. There is a "slow down sloth" that appears when students take the MAP test too quickly, randomly clicking through the answers. This was a feature we were excited about when we first moved to NWEA assessments.
The sloth is a great feature but is too slow to appear and misses many students…

There should be a way to delete unused sessions all at once from a term
There should be a way to delete unused sessions easily. Once a session is not in use for at least a month it should automatically delete. This would prevent the unnecessary steps of looking up sessions and deleting them before creating new ones for a new term.
Or there should be a way to duplicate the sessions from one term to the next and delete the original ones once this is done.

The text size is too small. The test should be reformatted to fit the size of the computer screen.

Show battery percentage in Chromebook kiosk app
Once the Chromebook kiosk app launches, there isn't a way to check the battery percentage. If a student doesn't check before they launch and their battery is low (less than 10%), we run the risk of the Chromebook unceremoniously shutting down in the middle of a test. Please display the percentage discreetly somewhere on the screen so that we can avoid this in the future.

Change Log for Testing Sessions.
When a student is deleted or an accommodation is changed, I would want to see what account did it and when.

Add Embedded Calculator Accommodation
I would love an embedded calculator option for those students with IEPs who need a calculator for the entire test.

Find/design a better test!
We are on our second test. Forty questions with passages that would bore and discourage most proficient adult readers. I feel so badly for my students. Tests are taking over a week to administer. From a test admin point of view , full results take over 24 hours, students keep getting kicked off, and unable to add students from other classes even after putting in correct information.

Dyslexia Friendly Font Accomodation
There are font options that promote smoother/more fluent reading for students that have dyslexia. These specific fonts help mitigate the challenges that some students experience when reading.

eye tracking
incorporate existing eye-tracking software (like Tobii) to the test. The software will track where student eyes go, how long they spent on each word of each question. This will help see if students are guessing or having trouble with certain vocabulary.

Visual Accommodations
We have a student with significant visual impairments who requires very large font and specific color contrasts. Please consider how the test questions look when enlarged 300% or so, especially when the reading passages go across the screen rather than on half the screen. When making the text that large, it becomes impossible to navigate for a visually impaired individual.

Accommodations
Hi! We have several students where we have a legal obligation to provide accommodations (IEPs) , such as paper based testing. It would be really helpful to have an accessible option available to print. This would allow all of our students access to participate in testing, and allow us to have solid data points for our students receiving services. At this time, some students are not able to engage with this format of testing.

Add Student Class Column and in the Test Session Filter
It would be helpful for a proctor managing multiple classes in one testing session to be able to identify which class the students are. Being able to accurately identify a class to suspend test, test again, and etc.

Touch Screens
On the Early Skills Screener - allow students to click an answer and then click the answer box where they want to place it. This would eliminate us having to add an external mouse to devices that we've already spent a considerable amount on.

Catch errors of retesting only if necessary
Can you add an option to ask teachers if they really want a student to test a second time? We like this option of allowing students to test again if they rush, but we want to ensure that we only test students a second time who really need it.
