  1. Currently, the reports that can be downloaded as a pdf (Family report). These reports cannot be used with their current format with a Document Delivery system such as the one in PowerSchool. The only workaround is to use a converter tool, such as Adobe, to convert the file to a word document, and then convert that document back to a PDF with the format "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service). Can you change the format of the original file in NWEA so we do not have to convert the file twice to be able to use…

  3. We electronically report our student's results. It is not only time consuming, but completely unmanageable to select every tested teacher, download their results, and then merge the PDF for our system. Please allow full district Batch Printing.

  4. Currently printing the family report by class takes too much time. We include these with reportcards. These must be able to be printed at the school/grade-level in larger batches. Adding translations in other languages is crucial too.

  6. The Learning Continuum changes DID simplify some things. But it is not viewable in anything but an oversized monitor. On a laptop or chromebook 90% of the screen is used by headspace and menus. The actual standards only show about 2 lines at a time. The headspace needs to be reduced, and the menus need to collapse. The collapsing menus already exist on other reports. Without it here, my teachers cannot use this tool.

  7. At this moment teachers can only pull up Lexile Ranges in their reports. It would be nice to be able to pull the exact Scores as well.

  8. Allow printing of the continuum within the ranges. For example, I have a group within the 180-190 range, I want to make sure I apply these areas to this group. My next group might be in the 190-200 range. When I pull these students, I want to make sure I apply instructional needs appropriate for this level.

  11. I would like an option to select the type of data I would like to create a spreadsheet. It is very difficult to gather the data I need when I have to download 37 classrooms worth of data a couple times to get the information desired.
    student name, grade, teacher, lasid, rit, domain rit, conditional growth percentile

  12. It would be great for school administrators to find an absent teacher's sessions take over for an absent teacher as that teacher without having to duplicate the session and proceed. And administrator being able to "substitute" for the teacher immediately on the fly would be so convenient and a huge time and effort saver.

  14. I should be able to choose the language for the family report to be sent home in the language that the family uses. It is NOT acceptable to print them all in English and send home a sample Spanish report for the parents to look at while they hold their child's report in English.

  15. We need the Learning Continuum Class View to see data about students results. We use the learning continuum to develop our Tier 2 Support for MTSS. This information does not seem to be found elsewhere and was discontinued over the summer which is leaving our school and teachers without the necessary data to make instructional decisions.

  16. Current Student Report has an option to select (in the Test Events section), "Growth Only" or "All Valid". By selecting "all valid" we get a report for students who have taken the screening test. Please add this option to the Student Profile Report.

  19. Please bring this back! We utilized this feature ALL the time with our teachers for analyzing data to best drive our instruction and close gaps. I know it can be accessed under each student ISR, but for my teachers in the district that are super busy they do not have the time to go kid by kid on a report to analyze and collect the data of where our standards are not being met.   20. It would be very helpful if NWEA would not discontinue in Summer 2024 that our administrators and teachers use to make decisions about student learning. The new online reports lack a lot of the detail that we use to make out own graphs and reports. In our opinion, the new reports much less useful than the ones that we have trained on and are accustomed to using. Reports of percentiles are simply not enough. It seems to me that the objective is to make scoring LESS transparent for schools, not more. I understand if you would like to ADD reports…
