  1. NWEA in schools could be improved by implementing a system that automatically groups students into centers based on their specific needs within a given topic. By analyzing assessment data, NWEA could place students who need reinforcement in a particular skill together, allowing teachers to provide more targeted instruction. This would make small-group instruction more effective, ensuring that students receive the support they need while working alongside peers at a similar level. Additionally, this approach would help teachers differentiate instruction more efficiently, reducing the time spent manually grouping students and allowing for a more seamless learning experience.

  2. I need to be able to pin reports that I mostly go to so I do not have to navigate through all of the available reports.

  3. The Home Page for MAP Growth is not user-friendly. Please have all reports easily accessible, especially the Student Quick Search! This is the "quickest" way to find students, yet it is buried in "other" reports. Please move it front and center of the MAP Growth Start Page.

  4. The family report menu only allows you to print the current term's report even if you select a previous term. If I select Fall 2020-2021, the family report for those students is the most recent term, like Winter 2025. I was given a work around by accessing the family report through the student profile but the other approach should work too. I would also like the ability to print all the family reports for my school at one time instead of only doing a class at a time.

  5. Audit log for Test Event History. It would be helpful to look back and find out who/when/why a test was excluded from reports.

  7. When teachers have a history at different schools in your platform, the platform remembers and defaults to the top alphabetical one on a class profile. It would be preferable for that school to populate to only the most current term's associated school. An alternative would be for the teacher to select a "favorite" or default school.

  8. I would like to have a report that groups students based on their readiness to learn a new topic in the continuum. This would allow me to call a group of students in and teach them all a specific topic that they are all either behind or ahead of the general class.

  9. Revise the class profile report to an easy to print format. Currently when the report is printed it is approximately 10+ pages and not user friendly especially for lower elementary teachers. We understand the importance of an interactive report, but not every teacher wants to or can be tied to their device when working with groups of students.

  11. Please design a video to send to parents along with the family report helping them understand how to interpret their child's report. It would be great if that link can be embedded into the report so that they can access it if reports are sent digitally.

  12. On the school profile quadrant chart, one needs to hover to get the grades to show up. Could they show up automatically so that they are there if we print?

  13. As a district level user of the NWEA reports, I want to be able to filter the grade levels of the "District Profile" and "Student Summary" reports to only include our Elementary Data. I am the assistant director of Elementary Schools. So, when I pull data, I am not necessarily as concerned with the data for grades 6-9. It makes it difficult to view these overarching reports if i can't filter on specific grade levels. The Middle School Assistant Director would agree. When she views District Level Data, she doesn't need K-5.

  16. Our teachers believe it would be beneficial to students if a report containing each student's lowest-scored TEKS that need to be REINFORCED within each instructional category could be printed. Currently we can get that information from the Student Profile, but teachers have to plow through all the data, then create a spreadsheet.

Having a report that outlines the areas of weakness (maybe top 5) would allow teachers to focus on those concepts with the students to close the gaps of knowledge.

  18. I would like to see a function that populates a small group based on historical map data that are linked to a standard that we are teaching. For Example, If we are going to teach the standard of finding the area of a standard shape in 3rd-grade math, I would like MAP Reports to populate small groups based on areas that my students are below, on level, or proficient in the skills needed to learn that skill.

  19. We need the ability to run a class/grade level/school report that shows growth in the instructional areas. It would also be great to have this as a graph in each student profile.

  20. I'd like to be able to set any Rostered;Start term; and End term parameters that I'd like to see for teacher and school growth reports. Particularly, I'd like to be able set for Rostered current year; Start term Spring of previous year, and end term Winter (even fall) of current year.
Essentially, we want to eliminate motivation for teachers to "sandbag" fall testing to make growth easier to attain by running all of our growth measure back to spring of the previous year.
