Combined Data Export
As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.

Reports in Google Doc
It would be very helpful for my team if the Family Report could be exported as a Word File or Google Doc. We mailmerge reports like this out to our families and mailmerge their addresses into it so that they can be sent to the correct place, but this is much harder to do with a PDF file. Thanks for your consideration!

Create state data reports for schools taking MAP Growth
I would love to be able to compare our school's data with other state schools participating in MAP Growth like we are able to do with the PSAT and SAT. We like to have a data point for both state and national averages for comparisons.

Please keep the district summary!
As a curriculum director I utilize the archived data for a five year span to make decisions regarding classroom curricula used. The district profile does not allow me to match the term rostered and term tested, which will skew the data. I need to see how all of the students rostered and tested in 21-22 etc. were performing, not just the ones who are still rostered in subsequent years. Doing this shows an unequal number of students to the population that was actually assessed in that school year.

Please continue to support the "Student Progress Report"
As a school diagnostician I help in the process of identification and eligibility for students with special needs. This report is VERY helpful in looking at how the student performs historically as it give their percentile scores over time. For initial and 3 year re-evaluations, we have to take a longer look at student score results. This information is vital in writing psychoeducational reports.

individual PDFs for each student for Student Profile
I would like to request the addition of a print feature to the Student Profile Reports similar to what was available in the Student Progress Reports.
In the progress reports, I had the option to generate individual PDFs for each student when running a report for the whole class (or multiple classes). The system would zip the files and sort them by student name, making it very efficient to manage and share.
Currently, with the Student Profile Reports, I can only batch print one large PDF containing all students. It would be incredibly helpful if we had the option to…

Please add the accommodations to the student profile report. Currently it shows the test taken but the accommodations provided (such as Text to Speech) are not listed anywhere.

Grade Level Report
The grade level report includes a breakdown of both number of students and percentage of students in each percentile column both for overall RIT and by Instructional areas. However, I know this is a report that is being retired and replaced with the school report. However, the school report does NOT give the breakdown by instructional areas. Is this something that will be added to the school report?? This is vital data we use on our data days!

Parent Report Additions
After having parent conferences and explaining the decrease in growth and/or achievement, we find ourselves pulling up the student profile at times and using more charts, graphics and data from it to explain the parent report. For example, the test duration would be great to include on the parent report. That, at times, explains why their score dropped. This helps teachers explain this decrease a little better.

Bring back the class report
The class report was extremely helpful with data for a class all in one printable report. I called and was told there is not a similar/equal report. I would like to see that report brought back or a similar report offered.

Longitudinal Reports
Could NWEA create a report to show longitudinal growth/achievement over 5 years at the district/campus/teacher level? It could look like the graph on the student profile. :)

Gender X options should be available as default, rather than special request
To be more inclusive, the Gender X option should be available by default for all schools, rather than needing to make a special request to have it added.

Translated family NWEA growth reports (Spanish please)
I would love to be able to print off a copy of the NWEA growth family report in spanish. When I went looking for this option I came across this page which makes it seem like it is possible, but I was told by an agent that engineering hasn't been completed and that was why I couldn't find instructions.

Student Profile Portability when Transferring Schools
I'd like to be able to transfer my student's records from school to school when/if we move. Currently my employment has us moving quite often, while I can manually compare the scores from MAP testing it would be far more beneficial to have their record move with them if their new school conducts your testing.
Within my employer alone there are thousands of children in a similar situation, not all of them are always at an NWEA MAP testing school but a sizable portion may be.4 votes -
Students in grades 6 - 8 would benefit from having access to see past results on MAP assessments in order to set goals and targets.
Students in grades 6 - 8 would benefit from having access to see past results on MAP assessments in order to set goals and targets. Right now, teachers look up and print off lists with results (i.e. Spring 2024 for the Fall 2024 MAP Assessment in Reading or Math), then share those individual results with students, who take those results and complete goal sheets for Winter and Spring. Providing students with an easy access login to see previous RIT scores and % ranks on assessments would develop buy in and goal setting skills.

Improve the usability of the School Profile by rostering Multiple Instructors
When a principal views the School Profile and clicks on a grade level, there are significantly more classes rostered than there are actual classes (because multiple adults work with each class). This makes the report unusable for principals.
If there was a way to add Multiple Instructors to a class in our data upload rather than adding them manually, we could reduce the number of classes by 80%, and the report would become usable for principals. As it stands, I can't recommend to them to use the School Profile.

Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report
Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report where I can look at a class as a whole, see all of their names and their status for all tests at once.
Example: 4th grade, all student names listed down the left and all their assigned tests across the header row, with statuses in every cell (ex: Started, In Progress, Complete)2 votes -
