Create Report allowing Admins to Export Entire Building by Teacher/Class
We are in need of a report that will allow us to export an entire building's RIT scores in a format that includes the teacher and class the student is enrolled in (i.e. Integrated Math I).

Terminated Test Report
As a District Test Administrator, I would like a report that shows all students in my district with terminated tests. Students are accidentally terminated and then not able to get into a test session due to our district restriction on the number of tests allowed in a testing window. This data is crucial and it causes frustration on the school side when they are unable to easily test all students. I would have the ability to troubleshoot these issues before they become an obstacle if there was a report showing this status available.

School test administrators need to be able to create sessions that the school proctors can access.
School Test Administrators should be able to create test sessions that the school proctors can access. This is possible for District Test Administrators, but it would be a more functional option if added to the School Test Administrators as well.

Student Access
I feel it would be beneficial for students to have a limited access to see their data in NWEA for all subjects they MAP test for. They can set their goals, observe how much they've grown or regressed, as well as see where they rank nationally. I also think it would be beneficial for them to see other features that are included in the Student Profile, such as their strengths and weaknesses so they can focus on what to improve before the next test. This would take some stress of the teacher and limit the amount of pages that need…

Add Embedded Calculator Accommodation
I would love an embedded calculator option for those students with IEPs who need a calculator for the entire test.

Expand the number of MAC operating systems that can be used for testing
I have been asked to write to you by my technology department to request that you try to expand the range of Mac operating systems that your secure browser will operate on in a given year.
We are a Mac school. From grade 5, our students buy their own Mac. In grades 1 to 4, the school has a bank of Mac computers that are available for classes to use. As a school, we cannot afford to be constantly replacing the Macs that we have in the school. Some of the Macs we use in school are 6 or 7…

Find/design a better test!
We are on our second test. Forty questions with passages that would bore and discourage most proficient adult readers. I feel so badly for my students. Tests are taking over a week to administer. From a test admin point of view , full results take over 24 hours, students keep getting kicked off, and unable to add students from other classes even after putting in correct information.

Small Group Report
I would like to see a function that populates a small group based on historical map data that are linked to a standard that we are teaching. For Example, If we are going to teach the standard of finding the area of a standard shape in 3rd-grade math, I would like MAP Reports to populate small groups based on areas that my students are below, on level, or proficient in the skills needed to learn that skill.

Instructional Area Growth
We need the ability to run a class/grade level/school report that shows growth in the instructional areas. It would also be great to have this as a graph in each student profile.

Testing Sessions
Please make it so all the sessions from a term can be duplicated to a new term in one shot. It's incredibly time consuming to have to "edit" them and move them over one by one.

I think you should have a live dashboard that testing coordinators can use to watch live data of what teachers are testing, how many students are done, how many are still working, what question those students are on. Our school uses a two hour testing block and I have to make calls whether to start pulling students to the library to finish prior to the end of the testing session or extend the session entirely if kids are still going. The only way I can make this call is to have teachers put sticky notes outside their door at various…

Growth report improvement
I'd like to be able to set any Rostered;Start term; and End term parameters that I'd like to see for teacher and school growth reports. Particularly, I'd like to be able set for Rostered current year; Start term Spring of previous year, and end term Winter (even fall) of current year.
Essentially, we want to eliminate motivation for teachers to "sandbag" fall testing to make growth easier to attain by running all of our growth measure back to spring of the previous year.2 votes -
Add detail to Data Export Scheduler
I just learned on an NWEA support call that we can only have one report in the "queue" at a time in the "Data Export Scheduler". When I review the page where I requested and the report, I don't see anything telling me that. A use could spend plan developing a sequence of stacked reports thinking they would become available one at a time. The "Data Export Scheduler" page does say "Only the most current data export is available for download." but it doesn't say one report can be "in process" at a time and if a second report is…

Age appropriate videos
Have videos with older students. High Schoolers, especially ones who are already embarrassed, are insulted by the childish videos, and that most of the test takers appear to be eight.

Goal Setting
It takes a lot of time to click "set goal" for each student. It was previously fixed so that when you clicked it for one student, it automatically set them for the rest of the students in the class. This has been a step backward! Honestly, there shouldn't be a need to click "set goal". We trust the algorithm of the program, just set them!

Kindergarten
This format and layout are completely developmentally inappropriate for early childhood education students. I watched time and time again students who were attempting to answer questions correctly but couldn't because they were trying to drag images, words, or numbers. The idea of having to click it just the 'right way' so it is highlighted with a dotted box around it, and then click where to put it is insane. Further, when students were attempting to formulate sight words or sentences, some were trying to put them in order but because they weren't clicking on the exact correct spot on the…

KEEP Class Report
Class Report is needed. It is concise and used with interventionists and teachers during PLCs. We do not have to bring computers and log into the profile reports. The profile reports are nice but difficult to print in a nice concise way like the class report

Growth Over Time section in Student Profile
The Growth Over Time section/graph in the Student Profile report should go back farther-we can only see 8 tests (which is less than 3 school years in some cases) this is not enough data over time for a student. This is really the ONLY report that students care about as it shows how they fall in the 5 color bands and this is the only easy place to see this.

Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - This would be extremely beneficial for grade level intervention, MTSS/RTI, etc. Right now, we're having to piece together reports and disaggregate further in order to best group students by their lowest instructional area/need across the grade level.
