Student Progress Report
We love the Student Progress Report to share with families and that is has all of a student's results they have over the years with %iles. We print these and send home to families in K-5 and share the PDF 6th grade and up. This same data in not included in the Family Report. It is also helpful these can be produced in grade level batches by building.

Keep the Learning Continuum.
Like many of my colleagues, I used the learning continuum to plan for whole and small group instruction. This valuable tool helped us try to avoid the swiss cheese learning we all dread in education. Without the ease of use of the former learning continuum trying to cross reference student scores and scroll through categories by topic or standard is punishing, arduous and nearly impossible. What you are currently offering as your substitute for the learning continuum is not helpful. It is frustrating. You have essentially stripped away the most valuable facet of the data you provided.

Students Names and RIT Scores on the Learning Continuum
Please bring this back! We utilized this feature ALL the time with our teachers for analyzing data to best drive our instruction and close gaps. I know it can be accessed under each student ISR, but for my teachers in the district that are super busy they do not have the time to go kid by kid on a report to analyze and collect the data of where our standards are not being met. Can you please bring back their NAME and RIT SCORE on the Learning Continuum. In addition to bringing it back as it was in 2022-2023 it…

Run Reports in at Batch at the School/Grade Level
With the retirement of the student progress report next year, we need the ability to run the other reports, such as student profile and family report, in batch at the school or grade level. Currently, both those reports require you to drill down to the teacher and class. From there you can run a batch file for an entire class. However, we need the ability to run reports in bulk by school or at the least by grade level. It would be extremely time consuming having to run each report by each class.

Family Report batch print
Currently printing the family report by class takes too much time. We include these with reportcards. These must be able to be printed at the school/grade-level in larger batches. Adding translations in other languages is crucial too.
93 votesWe have had some delays to Family report batch print work. It is currently in progress.

Family report needs to be able to be pulled in the home language.
I should be able to choose the language for the family report to be sent home in the language that the family uses. It is NOT acceptable to print them all in English and send home a sample Spanish report for the parents to look at while they hold their child's report in English.

Keep Legacy Reports!
Please consider keeping the Legacy Grade & Class reports. These are the most useful reports for MTSS systems. As a school psych looking at grade level, and building level trends it is essential to be able to generate a quick report that shows the entire class/grade on one page with percentile ranks and important info like the amount of time spent & rapid guessing. Please don't make our jobs harder! The new student profile misses the mark for allowing you to look at a large amount of data (on multiple students) easily at once.

Student Profile
I would like to see a way for individual students to be able to log in to access their student profile report.

Please do not discontinue reports in Summer 2024
It would be very helpful if NWEA would not discontinue in Summer 2024 that our administrators and teachers use to make decisions about student learning. The new online reports lack a lot of the detail that we use to make out own graphs and reports. In our opinion, the new reports much less useful than the ones that we have trained on and are accustomed to using. Reports of percentiles are simply not enough. It seems to me that the objective is to make scoring LESS transparent for schools, not more. I understand if you would like to ADD reports…

Class Profile Report
We depend heavily on the "summary" and "overall performance" on the Class Report. Please add this to the New Class Profile Report.

Testing Accommodations Attached to Student Record
Currently a student's testing accommodations have to be entered for each testing session. Accommodations also have to be re-entered within the same testing session if the student is assigned one test, (say the reading test), finishes the test, and then is assigned a different test (the Math test). We have so many students with accommodations in our system that it is easy to miss assigning their accommodations because we have to do and redo it so many times.
The desired system would allow an admin or SpEd staff (or anyone) to go into the system and assign accommodations directly to…

Please find a way we can print Family Reports as a whole school. It took three of us two hours to print them for only our English teachers.

Quadrant report
I am wondering about how the quadrant report will be incorporated into the class profile reports. I would like to see what this will look like. I am also wondering if there is consideration for including this data in the school and district reports. It would be great if the district, school, and class reports were parallel and aggregated up to the next level with the same display and information. I like the summary data but more information is needed at the aggregate levels.

Grade report
When the grade report is retired, I will not have a report I can print out to use in data meetings to make groups. I rank the students based on their RIT score. It is a very easy report to look at for myself and the teachers. The student profile report is not as easy to use and is not easy to print.

Keeping the Student Progress Report
I am a school psychologist and for many years have used the Student Progress Report with my teams. It is a fantastic tool that allows the team to quickly view and process the student's scores in reading, math and language use over time. Having the %tiles available along with RIT score is extremely valuable. Teams can add this data to other pieces of data and help figure out if a child has skills similar to other students with disabilities or if they may have an attention or anxiety issue at play. Without this quick and easy to interpret data, I…

American Sign Language Embedded for Deaf Students
Many Deaf students take MAP because of it's content accessibility. MAP should embed American Sign Language interpretation for math and language so that we can get authentic data on the student's math skills and their English ability doesn't limit their ability to take the test and get an authentic score.

Bring back information that was available on Class Report Summary page
Using the soon to be discontinued Class Report, teachers are able to see their instructional area performance to determine the weakest and strongest instructional areas. When I called in to the support line, I was informed that this information is not available in any of the other reports. Please find a way to incorporated that into the class profile. It is SO helpful to know that information when determining the greatest needs within a classroom. Please, please, please!

Grade Level Report
Please do not take away our Grade level report. As an admin I use this report to pull grade level data and sort them by RIT to show grade level info to all teachers. Select students within a particular range to participate in after school programs. This makes it easy to see what students are at each range in a whole grade level.

MAP Growth Comparisons on Class Report
As the Class Report takes the place of the Quadrant Report, I would like to be able to add growth comparisons. This is a more critical data point for a formative assessment than achievement.
I would also like a quick way to toggle between subject areas, gender, and ethnicities, like the quadrant allows.
Finally, I really like the summary data that is at the bottom of the quadrant report, including percentages, counts, and medians. Please don't take data away from me!
