School Data Administrator
Creating a School Data Administrator position would allow a data leader at our school to be in control of rostering, resetting tests, adjusting settings such as Weeks of Instruction, etc. instead of relying on someone at the district/Archdiocese level for these tasks. This would help our school's teachers and leaders have a better understanding and greater investment in the testing process.

NWEA MAP Text-to-Speech Accommodation for Math Assessment
Text-to-Speech Accommodation for Math Assessment: Enable the Text-to-Seech Accommodation to be applied directly to the test itself instead of individual students. Text to Speech is a standard support for our students during Mathematics and Algebra assessments. The current method of assigning this accommodation to students, particularly during mixed-grade test sessions, is inefficient. The option could be added to the MODIFY TESTS section of Modify Preferences.

View only district level role
District Report Viewer Role
It would very helpful to have a district report viewer role. The role would not be able to add/edit users or students. Much like the administrator role for a campus. With the new district profile report being released, there are individuals in curriculum, data research and evaluation and in school leadership that need to see district data. Not having access to add/edit users and students is critical in order to keep our system clean.15 votes -
Keep the Learning Continuum.
Like many of my colleagues, I used the learning continuum to plan for whole and small group instruction. This valuable tool helped us try to avoid the swiss cheese learning we all dread in education. Without the ease of use of the former learning continuum trying to cross reference student scores and scroll through categories by topic or standard is punishing, arduous and nearly impossible. What you are currently offering as your substitute for the learning continuum is not helpful. It is frustrating. You have essentially stripped away the most valuable facet of the data you provided.

Add historical MAP data to Family Report
With the student progress report being retired this year, it will be a loss to lose the historical data for parents and teachers who look over seasons to help make decisions for our advanced programming, MTSS, and special education. In addition, our district saves paper by only printing out student reports for student files once a year as opposed to having to print out the reports after every test administration.

Progress Monitoring
We would love to see NWEA MAP create a true progress monitoring tool that can be used between the benchmark testing windows. A shorter assessment that will report RIT, PR, and ROI - all within the same platform - would be outstanding. This would support additional data gathering for students receiving supports: MTSS/RTI, IEP, and EL.

MAP scores should follow the student anywhere in Texas
Currently the scores are only at the district. If a student moves we get no previous data.

Math Tests Read ALOUD
I believe it completely negates the validity of the math MAP test when students at grades 3+ are responsible for reading the math test. As a third grade teacher, I have plenty of students in my class who unfortunately score very low on the math MAP test due to poor reading skills. If we are testing their mathematical ability, we should not be requiring them to read.
Further, this renders their reports virtually useless because I do not know what was missed due to a mathematical misunderstanding or what was answered incorrectly simply because the child did not know how…

Completion Reports
It would be nice to have filters and different options for pulling lists of students with missing data so. If we could have the information from the Test Events by Status report included on Students without Valid results page it would help us determine overall completion rates (ideally this is calculated for us). If these reports could also say the percentage of students within a grade level that have completed testing, or another filter we select. Ideally we could pull one report that indicates the percentage tested, the number of students still not tested, and the list of students within…

When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student.
When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student. The Student Profile only produces 1 PDF file for the whole class (e.g., one 60-page PDF with results for 30 students). I need it to work like the Student Progress report that can produce 1 PDF file for each student (e.g., a ZIP file with thirty 2-page PDFs with the results for 30 students).
It's virtually impossible to separate a single 60-page PDF into thirty 2-page PDFs. Moreover, 99% of the ways someone might do that actually doesn't delete the other 58 pages--it just hides them in…

Please Bring Back Student Goal Setting Form
Please bring back the Student Goal Setting Worksheet! These were perfect to use with students to set goals with them rather than setting them for them. The paper showed their strengths and areas of growth in a way students were able to understand and participate in! We loved using these in Winter and Spring and took the time to meet with each student to goal set. Students were invested in their progress when we used this worksheet with them!
Please bring them back!

Grade Report vs. School Profile Report
Our school currently uses the Grade Report to look at data on a student-by-student basis for the whole grade and determine students in need of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The School Profile Report, which is listed as a replacement for the Grade Report, does not allow you to sort the entire grade alphabetically or by RIT score, regardless of classroom teacher. Additionally, although you can hover and see which students scored in each range, you cannot print that information, or get the detailed information about student scores in specific instructional areas for all of the students in the…

Let School Coordinators View All Testing Progress in Real Time
Currently, only proctors monitoring active test sessions can see students' progress during the tests. It would be really helpful if school coordinators could directly access and view students' progress in all active sessions without having to rely on each proctor to provide updates or download testing progress files. This would greatly simplify test management and reduce the burden on proctors, especially when monitoring multiple students. Thanks!

Downloadable
Downloadable Learning Continuum Report based on selected RIT Range. The challenge of the past version of the LC classroom report was the length. If we could select rit ranges through the sub goals we could provide teachers and content specialists with customized small group learning objectives for tutoring/intervention.

Being able to impersonate the instructor
There are at times, when a teacher reaches out and can't find a student or is having an issue with a test session. I have another program that we use for assessing students and at the highest of roles, I have the ability to become that user to see what they are seeing. That would be a great tool to be able to have at the system admin role in NWEA. It would help me to be able to troubleshoot an issue faster for a teacher who is struggling.

class breakdown
Please do not discontinue class breakdown reports (by RIT/by instructional area/by projected proficiency)
We use class breakdown reports to regroup students, effectively utilizing class breakdown reports to enhance instructional practices. Class breakdown reports are designed for teachers experienced with MAP.
Please pay attention to us who use MAP data deeply in daily instruction.12 votes -
Campus-Wide Family Reports
Please create a way for a campus to print campus-wide family reports. It is too time consuming to print by teacher.
