School District Profile MUST include information for Goals or DO NOT GET RID OF GRADE LEVEL REPORT!
Our district looks at the achievement of NWEA math and reading goals for each of the grade levels to set short and long term goals, determine professional development and for discussion during our professional learning communities. If this data is removed it would be nearly impossibly to look at the impact of teaching, curriculum resources, and growth/achievement in specific areas. I know it is possible because it will be on the class profile coming out in June.

Please don't retire the Student Progress report as it's the only student-level report that shows test results from the MAP Screening tests.

Include a way to print the family report by grade level.
Right now, an administrator can only print family reports by class. Printing would be faster if there was an option to select "print by grade level".

Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year.
Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year. I suspect you got a lot of feedback about the changes to the access page for MAP. I personally find them frustrating because I can't find anything and it just takes me back to the old place eventually, so that means more clicks. Changing it in the middle of the school year is problematic, however. We have documentation we have created in our district for staff to help them find things. When you change even how the page looks, we have to find all of the screen…

Allow printing of the continuum within the ranges.
Allow printing of the continuum within the ranges. For example, I have a group within the 180-190 range, I want to make sure I apply these areas to this group. My next group might be in the 190-200 range. When I pull these students, I want to make sure I apply instructional needs appropriate for this level.

Custom report
I would like an option to select the type of data I would like to create a spreadsheet. It is very difficult to gather the data I need when I have to download 37 classrooms worth of data a couple times to get the information desired.

Allow the option to revert back to old MARC. This new interface is very counterintuitive and not efficient.

Skill Data
I would like to have a report where I can see, at a class level, what skills overall my students are struggling with. Not just specific topics, such as Geometry, but rather the specific geometry skill.

PDF export opiton for profile reports
We need an option to export a PDF version of the class profile, school profile, and new district profile reports. Administrators look at current performance and growth and they immediately want to compare it to prior years. We need a way to download the PDF of the reports so that it can be saved for future reference. Also, some district leaders do not log into NWEA to view reports because I share the reports with them. Having the download/export PDF option will assist with the sharing of the information with those leaders.

Your new home page is terrible
Was the idea to add both marketing garbage and more clicks to get to the things we actually want? If so, bravo.
Admin like me want the admin/management page. Teachers want the reporting page. The only people who want "product news and updates" to be the first thing we see is your marketing team.
Get rid of it, or at least give us the option of setting our home page.

Instructional Area Performances on School Profile
Right now all you can see is an achievement breakdown of the overall test. I would like to be able to see instructional area performances for the whole school by grade level.
For example, I want to see which area (informational, literary, or vocabulary) has the lowest achievement for all of 8th grade in my school.

Reports
Feedback for MAP Growth:
1. It would be helpful to have a report that is Grade Breakdown by RIT. There is currently a Class Breakdown by RIT, but as an administrator, it would be more useful to see the whole grade together.
2. Could the Grade level report include a column showing the score from the last testing as a comparison? I have to go student by student to see how many points of change there have been since the last administration.
3. In general, it is very hard to find what I am looking for on the website. I…8 votes -
District Profile Reports
It would be neat to have a district profile report like the school profile report. From a district perspective, how are each grade levels doing in math/ela? What's the percentile breakdown by grade level as a whole district?

Improve Accessibility Features
Improve accessibility features for students with visual impairments. The built in magnification tool does not adequately or efficiently zoom in at this time. The test also does not work seamlessly with a Chromebook's built in accessibility features, such as the magnification feature.
