  1. On-Demand ability to have a student's report created instead of waiting for the overnight process to create it. There are times when you have a student such as new student and are needing help in placing the student or the student was tested outside the window and you need to run a report for just that student but you have to wait for the overnight process to create the reports. This On-Demand ability would give an admin the ability to get these reports created now instead of waiting for the overnight report creation process.

  2. I would like an option to select the type of data I would like to create a spreadsheet. It is very difficult to gather the data I need when I have to download 37 classrooms worth of data a couple times to get the information desired.
    student name, grade, teacher, lasid, rit, domain rit, conditional growth percentile

  3. The system times out immediately while actively working in it. Please create a warning for the time-out. It signed out in the middle of me adding accommodations multiple times which took over an hour each time. There is no automatic save feature built in so it means starting over each time with an already tedious process of entering individual accommodations. Please fix with a warning or an auto save function. Thanks in Advance!

Our district looks at the achievement of NWEA math and reading goals for each of the grade levels to set short and long term goals, determine professional development and for discussion during our professional learning communities. If this data is removed it would be nearly impossibly to look at the impact of teaching, curriculum resources, and growth/achievement in specific areas. I know it is possible because it will be on the class profile coming out in June.

  5. Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year. I suspect you got a lot of feedback about the changes to the access page for MAP. I personally find them frustrating because I can't find anything and it just takes me back to the old place eventually, so that means more clicks. Changing it in the middle of the school year is problematic, however. We have documentation we have created in our district for staff to help them find things.   7. If you are having an outage, could you please update your status page: https://status.nwea.org

    This would alleviate spending time on the phone to get an update that could have been posted. I was asked to enter this into this portal by the customer service rep who confirmed you were having an issue, but didn't know why the status page wasn't updated. Thank you.

  8. The Home Page for MAP Growth is not user-friendly. Please have all reports easily accessible, especially the Student Quick Search! This is the "quickest" way to find students, yet it is buried in "other" reports. Please move it front and center of the MAP Growth Start Page.

  9. It would be great to add a column to "students without valid test results" that indicates their progress towards completion. Minimally "not started" vs "suspended", but even better for suspended students would be to indicate what question number they are on, as it would make it easier to budget time for makeups.

  11. Frequently, campus admin. and teachers have an issue, or need step by step instructions despite providing them the directions from the site. An ability to impersonate a campus admin. or teacher would allow district coordinates to provide specific process as well as assist in trouble shooting issues.

  12. Norming data matters. By creating sub-sets/groups, the data can be more precise, thereby supporting certain stakeholders with the dialogues they are having around data. Because the ISEE and SSAT are not using the same test design or norming data, the results are lower than on MAP while these are still standardized tests. This creates confusion and some might perceive MAP norming to be less competitive if they have students moving on to private high schools or to universities because the norms for the ISEE (connected to ERB) and to the SSAT are more demanding (the percentiles don't align between MAP…

  13. I would like to have a report where I can see, at a class level, what skills overall my students are struggling with. Not just specific topics, such as Geometry, but rather the specific geometry skill.

  14. Currently, if a session is active, and the teacher or proctor has to leave for any reason during the session. The only way to continue to administer/monitor the session (and resolve potential student issues) is to have the teacher who started the session, end and save it before leaving. Then have the proctor or teacher who is replacing the teacher login to their account and resume the session. This is costly when time is limited, and interrupts a test in progress.   15. We need an option to export a PDF version of the class profile, school profile, and new district profile reports. Administrators look at current performance and growth and they immediately want to compare it to prior years. We need a way to download the PDF of the reports so that it can be saved for future reference. Also, some district leaders do not log into NWEA to view reports because I share the reports with them. Having the download/export PDF option will assist with the sharing of the information with those leaders.

  17. In the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES area of the Class Profile Report, I think it would be nice if it would tell the students' names rather than just the number of students in that percentile. I am suggesting the capability for the report to specify the students by name (not only number) by clicking on or hovering over the colored bars of the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES graph on the Class Profile Report.

  18. Allow printing of the continuum within the ranges. For example, I have a group within the 180-190 range, I want to make sure I apply these areas to this group. My next group might be in the 190-200 range. When I pull these students, I want to make sure I apply instructional needs appropriate for this level.

  20. Currently, the way accommodations are set up is by session, rather then by test or even student.

    I am proposing several changes to this system:
    1) Allow a student to have accommodations for certain tests associated specifically with the student so that they will automatically receive them when a test is set up for that student
    2) Instead of accomodations following the SESSION, they should follow the STUDENT, the same as the test does. If a student starts a test in one session and finishes in another session it is highly likely the second proctor may forget to turn back…
