  1. The main page should have the main things easier to get to, manage test sessions, individual student search, growth reports, etc. They are all needlessly hidden behind other links and clicks.

  2. Prior to the 2024-2025 school year, Data Sharing was available between NWEA MAP and IXL. It would be VERY beneficial to reinstate that connection. The connection between the 2 programs allows our teachers to track and assign content specific to the learners needs. It was very helpful to see if the data aligned between the 2 programs. Please reconsider this connection.

  3. I am looking for a report (exportable spreadsheet data) that would give me current students math and reading RIT scores for fall 2024, spring 2024, winter 2023, fall 2023, etc. but that also includes the homebase teacher's name (or first block, 2nd block, etc.) as a column in the data. The only way I've been able to get close is by running a Map Growth Class Report and exporting the class report. But that means I must run the report for each teacher x 2 subjects. It adds up.
    The Grade Breakdown report doesn't seem to include the homeroom teacher.

  4. The system times out immediately while actively working in it. Please create a warning for the time-out. It signed out in the middle of me adding accommodations multiple times which took over an hour each time. There is no automatic save feature built in so it means starting over each time with an already tedious process of entering individual accommodations. Please fix with a warning or an auto save function. Thanks in Advance!

  5. The old growth continuum put student names next to standard/skill areas. The new report doesn't. Without student names, this report is a hassle for our elementary teachers, who have to look up scores for 20 students in every skill area. For our middle school teachers, who each have about 150 students, the report is simply useless. They can not cross-reference 150 student scores for every sub-skill every time they are preparing a new unit!

  6. Was the idea to add both marketing garbage and more clicks to get to the things we actually want? If so, bravo.

    Admin like me want the admin/management page. Teachers want the reporting page. The only people who want "product news and updates" to be the first thing we see is your marketing team.

    Get rid of it, or at least give us the option of setting our home page.

  7. I would like an option to select the type of data I would like to create a spreadsheet. It is very difficult to gather the data I need when I have to download 37 classrooms worth of data a couple times to get the information desired.
    student name, grade, teacher, lasid, rit, domain rit, conditional growth percentile

  8. This is in regards to the practice tests. They are SO valuable and love that they are available, but they are SO hard to access for our younger students and don't mimic how the students login to the actual tests. Is there any way to have a practice test available for the K-2 math and reading tests with less options for the students to pick from? It takes at least 15 minutes to go through the "grow - grow" then selecting grade, course, test language - with a room full of kindergartners and first graders. It is not the best…

  9. It would be great to add a column to "students without valid test results" that indicates their progress towards completion. Minimally "not started" vs "suspended", but even better for suspended students would be to indicate what question number they are on, as it would make it easier to budget time for makeups.

  10. Since accommodations can only be assigned to multiple students who are in the same grade level, the addition of grade on the Test Session screen would save a lot of time when trying to assign accommodations to multiple students at once.

  11. Frequently, campus admin. and teachers have an issue, or need step by step instructions despite providing them the directions from the site. An ability to impersonate a campus admin. or teacher would allow district coordinates to provide specific process as well as assist in trouble shooting issues.

  12. Currently, if a session is active, and the teacher or proctor has to leave for any reason during the session. The only way to continue to administer/monitor the session (and resolve potential student issues) is to have the teacher who started the session, end and save it before leaving. Then have the proctor or teacher who is replacing the teacher login to their account and resume the session. This is costly when time is limited, and interrupts a test in progress.   13. Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year. I suspect you got a lot of feedback about the changes to the access page for MAP. I personally find them frustrating because I can't find anything and it just takes me back to the old place eventually, so that means more clicks. Changing it in the middle of the school year is problematic, however. We have documentation we have created in our district for staff to help them find things.   16. School Test Administrators should be able to create test sessions that the school proctors can access. This is possible for District Test Administrators, but it would be a more functional option if added to the School Test Administrators as well.

  18. The information in individual student profiles is extensive and incredibly detailed (almost too much information) but if I want to know "what areas should I focus on more in class?" I need to look at every individual student to compare what specific topics they have in common.
    Since MAP has all the specifics for each student, can't we generate a report that gives these specific growth areas across the whole class? I.e. 75% of the class needs more instruction on identifying themes in a work, but only 36% of the class needs more instruction on identifying setting.

  19. Norming data matters. By creating sub-sets/groups, the data can be more precise, thereby supporting certain stakeholders with the dialogues they are having around data. Because the ISEE and SSAT are not using the same test design or norming data, the results are lower than on MAP while these are still standardized tests.   20. I would like to have a report where I can see, at a class level, what skills overall my students are struggling with. Not just specific topics, such as Geometry, but rather the specific geometry skill.
