  2. When assigning tests and accommodations, but a save button at the TOP of the page, with the assign buttons. We are already at the top assigning things. It's an inconvenience to have to scroll to the bottom, especially when you have a lot of kids in the list, just to save.

  3. Despite actively working on the platform, I'm repeatedly logged out automatically after a short period. This isn't just inconvenient; it's wasting a significant amount of my time and severely impacting my productivity. Frankly, it's baffling that such a basic functionality isn't working as expected.I strongly encourage you to look into this issue, as it’s turning a straightforward task into an unnecessarily complicated one.

  4. Please add more historical data to the dynamic District and School Profile reports. Currently we can only see the data for the current and previous school year. When looking at cohort growth and achievement, it is critical to have more data than just the current and previous school year to look at for trends. The median achievement percentile for a grade level is particularly important to our district.

  5. We have 1st and 2nd grade dyslexia students that need the entire test read aloud. It would make it better to have the computer read it instead of a human so it would not distract others.

  6. It would be great for students to have direct access to essential data reports. I envision for students to be able to login to NWEA and access their current MAP RIT scores in all areas, progress reports, goal setting reports, profiles reports, identified scoring guides, and diagnostic areas of improvement as an example. One of the objectives would be to illustrate the importance of understanding progress, growth, achievement and areas of recommended support. With students being able to access information directly, they may be more inclined to take ownership of their performances and increase engagement.

  7. Since the student progress report is no longer going to be available, could goal descriptors be added the to family report? (i.e. adding low, low/avg, average, high/avg, high to that report and where the student scores/falls in each area)

  8. Our school uses the grade report regularly to review our data all at once. I see that the School Profile report is soon to replace the Grade Report, but I haven't found a way to list all of our student's scores and subscores in a printable list in the School Profile report. The School Profile report is not a good replacement for the Grade Report for us. Is there a way to add a view to see all of the students' scores and make it printable?

  10. Improve accessibility features for students with visual impairments. The built in magnification tool does not adequately or efficiently zoom in at this time. The test also does not work seamlessly with a Chromebook's built in accessibility features, such as the magnification feature.

  11. It would be great if we could search for students who are ready to develop the same standards. For example, I would like to put in a standard and see all the kids in my class who need to develop that standard. It would be very helpful to plan for small groups. Right now, I have to look at each student's individual data and it is very time consuming.

  12. Printing and Downloading the colorful reports for the class reports and some of the NEW innovative report styles that are being activated need those options. They are only available for viewing. Please have your IT or creator of the NWEA database add those options, which is essential for all users.

  13. When setting up a test session, TTS should be automatically assigned to those students who have it as an identified need on an IEP, 504 or ELL plan. TTS should be connected to a student account and not a Test Session.

Every user in this large district logs into NWEA to view student reports, set up test sessions or manage students/users but with your changes this year it is hard to navigate to that screen because it takes multiple clicks. It is not easily located from your new page or the updated new page which really changed nothing. It is frustrating to land at your new page and click on links that seem like they would take you to the original home page but instead lead to some article or other nonsense.

  15. If only the Quad report is going to be moved over to profile reports, the functionality of both the Quad AND the Projection/Summary reports need to be incorporated. Currently the Quad only displays definitive beg.-end. data, while the P/S version displays within academic year beg., but open end for projections. Teachers greatly rely on this information for the growth expectations/achievements overview of their classes, but at the individual student level, as well.

  16. When you run Family Reports right now, the system lets you check or uncheck the option to: "Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)". Even when you leave this UNCHECKED, the system still pulls reports for students who did not test during the test term you selected.

    I did reach out to Tech Support about this and they said the report function runs as intended, and that the wording is just confusing.

    This wording needs to be changed, or the report needs to be updated to do what it says it does. There are…

  17. Be able to choose Private school Norms to show up in reports in addition to national norms. We are happy to be moving away from ERBs but that was a nice feature to use and families still want that information. I know we can look at the Achievement and Growth Tables for Private Schools but incorporating it into the reporting features would be much appreciated!

  18. We purchased the assessment to use K-12 and were promised secondary course-specific assessments in Spanish, and now that we are giving the assessment, the Spanish does not exist. How do we provide the assessment to our Spanish language students? Or students who speak other languages? This is inequitable!

  19. Some students are taking an incredibly long time on the Reading Growth test. They are carefully reading all the questions, getting them right, and then getting an even longer passage. They are taking up to 3 hours to finish the test. We can't test them for that long, but we also don't want them to just lose all their hard work if we stop before they get a score. Can you PLEASE offer the option at admin discretion to just get an estimated score after a certain amount of time spent on the test???

  20. I would like to have a report that groups students based on their readiness to learn a new topic in the continuum. This would allow me to call a group of students in and teach them all a specific topic that they are all either behind or ahead of the general class.
