Growth Goal Sheets
Is there a way to print individual goal sheets for students, without "setting goals" for each individual student? This is something that was available in the past. These are nice to have so the students can "commit" to their goal.

Allow ESTIMATED scores for kids taking 2+hours on the Reading Growth test
Some students are taking an incredibly long time on the Reading Growth test. They are carefully reading all the questions, getting them right, and then getting an even longer passage. They are taking up to 3 hours to finish the test. We can't test them for that long, but we also don't want them to just lose all their hard work if we stop before they get a score. Can you PLEASE offer the option at admin discretion to just get an estimated score after a certain amount of time spent on the test???

Notification when System is Down
Rather than not answering your phone or chat when there is a known testing issue, why don't you post a message on the website. Better yet, you could email local administrators. I had better things to do today than be on hold for 30+ minutes. PS I never received a call back, as promised multiple times.

Populate students within the continuum
I would like to have a report that groups students based on their readiness to learn a new topic in the continuum. This would allow me to call a group of students in and teach them all a specific topic that they are all either behind or ahead of the general class.

Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report
Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report where I can look at a class as a whole, see all of their names and their status for all tests at once.
Example: 4th grade, all student names listed down the left and all their assigned tests across the header row, with statuses in every cell (ex: Started, In Progress, Complete)7 votes -
Put save button at top
When assigning tests and accommodations, but a save button at the TOP of the page, with the assign buttons. We are already at the top assigning things. It's an inconvenience to have to scroll to the bottom, especially when you have a lot of kids in the list, just to save.

Single Sign On (SSO) for Google and Microsoft
Can you please set up the admin login to allow SSO with Microsoft and Google? Our staff and teachers use an app portal. This is our only app that doesn't allow SSO.

Add historical data to district profile
Please add more historical data to the dynamic District and School Profile reports. Currently we can only see the data for the current and previous school year. When looking at cohort growth and achievement, it is critical to have more data than just the current and previous school year to look at for trends. The median achievement percentile for a grade level is particularly important to our district.

To allow text to speech as an accommodation for K-2.
We have 1st and 2nd grade dyslexia students that need the entire test read aloud. It would make it better to have the computer read it instead of a human so it would not distract others.

Email reports to parents
We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

Add goal descriptors to family report
Since the student progress report is no longer going to be available, could goal descriptors be added the to family report? (i.e. adding low, low/avg, average, high/avg, high to that report and where the student scores/falls in each area)

Include sub-goals on the Family Reports
With the Student Growth Summary being retired, we would like the sub-goal areas included on the Family Reports. For example, Math: Geometry - Av, Numbers & Operations - High Av

Standards Reporting
It would be great if we could search for students who are ready to develop the same standards. For example, I would like to put in a standard and see all the kids in my class who need to develop that standard. It would be very helpful to plan for small groups. Right now, I have to look at each student's individual data and it is very time consuming.

Getting Kicked off the Test
They should not get kicked off the test because they are a slower reader (there should be no time limit). I was informed they give them plenty of time before they kick them off. Whatever that limit is, it is not enough. I watched two students scrolling through and reading it and both got kicked off. It is not enough time. There should be no time limit at all. If there is, then it is a timed test. I was told MAP is not a timed test.

Shorten the MAP Growth Test
As an experienced teacher who has seen the MAP tests in action for several years, I feel that the test is too long for students. MAP-R especially requires a serious amount of reading stamina for 4th and 5th grade students. I saw that you measure growth in 3 areas on the test. I recommend that you shorten the test to 30 questions (10 questions in each area). This would be a better measure of students reading ability and comprehension because students wouldn't get as tired and just give up.

Assign text-to-speech automatically based on student IEP, 504 and ELL plans.
When setting up a test session, TTS should be automatically assigned to those students who have it as an identified need on an IEP, 504 or ELL plan. TTS should be connected to a student account and not a Test Session.

Progress and Growth filter for two consecutive testing sessions
In "School Profile" under "Growth and Achievement" it would be very useful to be able to compare 2 consecutive testing sessions. We have run across an issue with potential cheating and we cannot run a progress/growth report between Spring 2023 and Fall 2023.
We can run Fall to Fall, but then the growth numbers take into account several testing sessions and we cannot identify easily the students that only grew rapidly on this last testing session. It is possible to see a student growth of 30 points over a fall-to-fall period, but we are seeing that from spring to fall.…

ASG
If only the Quad report is going to be moved over to profile reports, the functionality of both the Quad AND the Projection/Summary reports need to be incorporated. Currently the Quad only displays definitive beg.-end. data, while the P/S version displays within academic year beg., but open end for projections. Teachers greatly rely on this information for the growth expectations/achievements overview of their classes, but at the individual student level, as well.

"Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)"
When you run Family Reports right now, the system lets you check or uncheck the option to: "Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)". Even when you leave this UNCHECKED, the system still pulls reports for students who did not test during the test term you selected.
I did reach out to Tech Support about this and they said the report function runs as intended, and that the wording is just confusing.
This wording needs to be changed, or the report needs to be updated to do what it says it does. There are…

Student Groups by Instructional Areas
For RTI purposes (Tier 3 specifically), it would be very beneficial if students could be grouped by instructional areas based off of their benchmark assessments.
