  2. When assigning tests and accommodations, but a save button at the TOP of the page, with the assign buttons. We are already at the top assigning things. It's an inconvenience to have to scroll to the bottom, especially when you have a lot of kids in the list, just to save.

  3. We have 1st and 2nd grade dyslexia students that need the entire test read aloud. It would make it better to have the computer read it instead of a human so it would not distract others.

  4. With the Student Growth Summary being retired, we would like the sub-goal areas included on the Family Reports. For example, Math: Geometry - Av, Numbers & Operations - High Av

  5. They should not get kicked off the test because they are a slower reader (there should be no time limit). I was informed they give them plenty of time before they kick them off. Whatever that limit is, it is not enough. I watched two students scrolling through and reading it and both got kicked off. It is not enough time. There should be no time limit at all. If there is, then it is a timed test. I was told MAP is not a timed test.

  6. As an experienced teacher who has seen the MAP tests in action for several years, I feel that the test is too long for students. MAP-R especially requires a serious amount of reading stamina for 4th and 5th grade students. I saw that you measure growth in 3 areas on the test. I recommend that you shorten the test to 30 questions (10 questions in each area). This would be a better measure of students reading ability and comprehension because students wouldn't get as tired and just give up.

  7. When setting up a test session, TTS should be automatically assigned to those students who have it as an identified need on an IEP, 504 or ELL plan. TTS should be connected to a student account and not a Test Session.

  8. In "School Profile" under "Growth and Achievement" it would be very useful to be able to compare 2 consecutive testing sessions. We have run across an issue with potential cheating and we cannot run a progress/growth report between Spring 2023 and Fall 2023.

We can run Fall to Fall, but then the growth numbers take into account several testing sessions and we cannot identify easily the students that only grew rapidly on this last testing session. It is possible to see a student growth of 30 points over a fall-to-fall period, but we are seeing that from spring to fall.…

  9. If only the Quad report is going to be moved over to profile reports, the functionality of both the Quad AND the Projection/Summary reports need to be incorporated. Currently the Quad only displays definitive beg.-end. data, while the P/S version displays within academic year beg., but open end for projections. Teachers greatly rely on this information for the growth expectations/achievements overview of their classes, but at the individual student level, as well.

  10. When you run Family Reports right now, the system lets you check or uncheck the option to: "Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)". Even when you leave this UNCHECKED, the system still pulls reports for students who did not test during the test term you selected.

I did reach out to Tech Support about this and they said the report function runs as intended, and that the wording is just confusing.

This wording needs to be changed, or the report needs to be updated to do what it says it does. There are…

  11. Be able to choose Private school Norms to show up in reports in addition to national norms. We are happy to be moving away from ERBs but that was a nice feature to use and families still want that information. I know we can look at the Achievement and Growth Tables for Private Schools but incorporating it into the reporting features would be much appreciated!

  12. We purchased the assessment to use K-12 and were promised secondary course-specific assessments in Spanish, and now that we are giving the assessment, the Spanish does not exist. How do we provide the assessment to our Spanish language students? Or students who speak other languages? This is inequitable!

  15. Please, please allow schools the option to report EITHER achievement OR growth scores to families. Right now, schools are required to report both if they want to use Family reports.

  16. Please add a filter in your School Profile so that we can view all students in either each grade level or the entire school, rather than having to scroll through each individual class. For example, I wanted to view all of the students for each of our schools that were in the 80th+ percentile. However, the only way to view was by either selecting the grade level and then clicking the "Blue" for each class to see a pop-up of the student OR, exporting the Grade Breakdown report and then aligning their RIT score with the Norms table.

  17. As Dual Language teachers, we would like to be able to pull reports that show students data in both languages side by side. Since we are developing students' biliteracy skills, we are interested in their progress in both languages and would like to the see the data next to each other to have a holistic picture of their capabilities.

  18. It would be very helpful if we could get a CSV version of the report that shows students without valid tests/test results by status. CAASPP for example has a report that shows all students and their test statuses as a CSV, it's very helpful because I can plug that CSV into a spreadsheet of my own that groups students by class or grade or subject or easily filters for certain things, giving it as a PDF makes it very hard to share unless I'm sharing the whole file. Even just being able to get a report of the whole school…

  19. When we use Clever for rostering, it gives teachers the Instructor role, but not the School Proctor role. Therefore, they are not able to administer testing. This is very tedious to manually add this role for every teacher. Please add School Proctor for all Instructors automatically.

  20. We use MAP Screening tests frequently which is a useful tool to quickly measure student performance. We can share the Screening results for the individual family according to the student progress report with the parents (which is the only student-level report for Screening), it is helpful for us to get better communication with our PTA.

Please don't discontinue the student progress report available, the report is supper clear and easy to read for the parents. If this cannot be done, please work the screening testing option into a new student-level report.
