Multiple Test Sessions
As a school testing coordinator we need to be able run multiple testing sessions. In my district we are responsible for testing all students. I have to rely on my math and reading coach to build sessions with me so that we can complete this task. We use Pearson for our SOL testing in VA and I am allowed to create over 30 sessions and I can view the student activity in each session across multiple grade levels. This would really help with efficiency and streamlining the process.

Add Embedded Calculator Accommodation
I would love an embedded calculator option for those students with IEPs who need a calculator for the entire test.

Achievement Status and Growth Report Sort By RIT Score
In the past when running the Achievement Status and Growth Report we had a report option to print this report by sorted by RIT score and no longer can.
I've tried printing the Class Report where I can sort the results but the PDF print is messy and several pages. I've also tried printing the Achievement Status and Growth Report with Quadrants. Again I can sort by RIT Score but the print is messy.
The spreadsheet is hard to read and several of our staff would have difficulty sorting it.
They have to turn in this report to administrators, so…

Displaying Grade Breakdown RIT for the Instructional Areas
One of the great features of the retired Grade Report is the instructional areas mean RIT. We can see at a glance the grade level strength and concerns from that. Please add this feature into the School Profile which is supposed to be the replacement of the Grade report.

Single Sign On (SSO) for Google and Microsoft
Can you please set up the admin login to allow SSO with Microsoft and Google? Our staff and teachers use an app portal. This is our only app that doesn't allow SSO.

csv
It would be very helpful if we could get a CSV version of the report that shows students without valid tests/test results by status. CAASPP for example has a report that shows all students and their test statuses as a CSV, it's very helpful because I can plug that CSV into a spreadsheet of my own that groups students by class or grade or subject or easily filters for certain things, giving it as a PDF makes it very hard to share unless I'm sharing the whole file. Even just being able to get a report of the whole school…

No report shows Screening test results once the student progress report is retired.
We use MAP Screening tests frequently which is a useful tool to quickly measure student performance. We can share the Screening results for the individual family according to the student progress report with the parents (which is the only student-level report for Screening), it is helpful for us to get better communication with our PTA.
Please don't discontinue the student progress report available, the report is supper clear and easy to read for the parents. If this cannot be done, please work the screening testing option into a new student-level report.

Email reports to parents
We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

Build a more comprehensive class profile including common areas of instruction
The information in individual student profiles is extensive and incredibly detailed (almost too much information) but if I want to know "what areas should I focus on more in class?" I need to look at every individual student to compare what specific topics they have in common.
Since MAP has all the specifics for each student, can't we generate a report that gives these specific growth areas across the whole class? I.e. 75% of the class needs more instruction on identifying themes in a work, but only 36% of the class needs more instruction on identifying setting.

Getting Kicked off the Test
They should not get kicked off the test because they are a slower reader (there should be no time limit). I was informed they give them plenty of time before they kick them off. Whatever that limit is, it is not enough. I watched two students scrolling through and reading it and both got kicked off. It is not enough time. There should be no time limit at all. If there is, then it is a timed test. I was told MAP is not a timed test.

Shorten the MAP Growth Test
As an experienced teacher who has seen the MAP tests in action for several years, I feel that the test is too long for students. MAP-R especially requires a serious amount of reading stamina for 4th and 5th grade students. I saw that you measure growth in 3 areas on the test. I recommend that you shorten the test to 30 questions (10 questions in each area). This would be a better measure of students reading ability and comprehension because students wouldn't get as tired and just give up.

More options within current reports
It would be nice to have the ability within the class profile report to be able to select more than one class period (secondary) for a specific teacher. So the teacher can determine trends of all of their course level students instead of looking at each individual section of students. This would also be helpful to be able to do within school profile but have the ability to select multiple teachers within the same course to look for trends of all students taking that specific course, regardless of age/grade.

"Ready For" Report
It would be helpful to have a "student report" and a "class report" that shows a list of TEKS the students are "ready for" or to make the current student report an excel download, so we can copy and cut the information we need / don't need.
I know the current student report shows this information, but it is about 12 pages long and it's a PDF, so we cannot do anything but print it, we can't grab the data we need.
If we could just download a list of the TEKS it would be much easier to use the…

Change format of PDF to "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (Uses Microsoft online services)"
Currently, the reports that can be downloaded as a pdf (Family report). These reports cannot be used with their current format with a Document Delivery system such as the one in PowerSchool. The only workaround is to use a converter tool, such as Adobe, to convert the file to a word document, and then convert that document back to a PDF with the format "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service). Can you change the format of the original file in NWEA so we do not have to convert the file twice to be able to use…

The little magnifying glass to lookup an individual student is now buried very deep into the webpage. This should be added to the homepage.
