Student Profile Report
Current Student Report has an option to select (in the Test Events section), "Growth Only" or "All Valid". By selecting "all valid" we get a report for students who have taken the screening test. Please add this option to the Student Profile Report.

Keeping the Student Progress Report
I am a school psychologist and for many years have used the Student Progress Report with my teams. It is a fantastic tool that allows the team to quickly view and process the student's scores in reading, math and language use over time. Having the %tiles available along with RIT score is extremely valuable. Teams can add this data to other pieces of data and help figure out if a child has skills similar to other students with disabilities or if they may have an attention or anxiety issue at play. Without this quick and easy to interpret data, I…

Bring back information that was available on Class Report Summary page
Using the soon to be discontinued Class Report, teachers are able to see their instructional area performance to determine the weakest and strongest instructional areas. When I called in to the support line, I was informed that this information is not available in any of the other reports. Please find a way to incorporated that into the class profile. It is SO helpful to know that information when determining the greatest needs within a classroom. Please, please, please!

Grade Level Report
Please do not take away our Grade level report. As an admin I use this report to pull grade level data and sort them by RIT to show grade level info to all teachers. Select students within a particular range to participate in after school programs. This makes it easy to see what students are at each range in a whole grade level.

What a Mistake Taking Away Class View on Learning Continuum!
I see that NWEA has decided to get rid of the class view on the learning continuum. I would love to give some feedback that I think this removal is a mistake. I have read your rationale as to why the report was changed and I wanted to express my disappointment with taking away the class view and showing which students fall within certain skills or standards on the learning continuum. I do feel it is part of data informed and effective best practices as long as it is not the ONLY data point considered. The rationale that teachers were…

Print Test Details section of Class Profile
It would be very helpful if we could print the Test Details section of the Class Profile on one page for teachers to have as a reference. When you print the entire report it takes a few pages and the headings of the chart do not appear on each page. If you make the screen smaller and screen shot to print, the type becomes too small to read.

School administrator take over for teacher
It would be great for school administrators to find an absent teacher's sessions take over for an absent teacher as that teacher without having to duplicate the session and proceed. And administrator being able to "substitute" for the teacher immediately on the fly would be so convenient and a huge time and effort saver.

Parent Portal
A parent portal would be great! We want an easy way to share the family reports and information with parents. We need an option to give parents digital access to the family report without having to print it out for each student. This is very difficult, especially at the secondary level.

Bring back Class Report
To print the new Class Profile uses so much paper, please bring back the condensed Class Report. Downloading to .CVC file is too hard to read when there used to be a perfectly good readable report.

Family Report to have option of one PDF per student
Include an option in the family report to create one PDF per student only not just per class. This is especially important as the student progress report is being retired in the summer. Otherwise, we don't have a way to share individual student MAP scores with parents digitally. Unless we spend hours on adobe splitting the PDF into individual students.

Batch Printing
We electronically report our student's results. It is not only time consuming, but completely unmanageable to select every tested teacher, download their results, and then merge the PDF for our system. Please allow full district Batch Printing.
