  1. Bring back the printable Class Breakdown by Instructional areas. Seeing all students in all domains on one sheet was so helpful as I work on my computer.

  3. Could we be able to see the historical data and instructional areas for students who have completed the testing multiple times? So, if I were to select last winter's roster for a student report, it would look like it did then. The idea is that I'm looking for the specific learning outcomes that have changed for a student.

  4. As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.

  5. I am a sub contractor that builds reports for districts based on the NWEA MAP Growth Class Profile Report. It would be great if a sample PDF of the new MAP Report could be provided

  6. I would like to export information about the session.
A student may be in several sessions, but when finishing the test, I want to know which session they finished in, and who was the teacher who owned the session when the student finished.
I may suspect that the performance of students in the same grade, same school, is different depending on who owns the session. Ideally, everyone should behave the same way, but in practice this may not happen, and I want to identify teachers who students, for some reason, take too long to complete the test, for example, so…

  7. I would like for the State Solutions App to be in the Apple App Store. As a school tech we get our computers ready for the next year during the summer. And if this app gets updated just as school starts its a pain to remove it from all of our devices. Then install the new version.
If the app was in the App Store it would be easier to update the app without having to remove the old one before installing the new.

  8. I understand that NWEA uses adaptive testing for the question pool. But I was wondering if a program could be designed to pool some questions to a server or workstation, and then the student could still retrieve new questions from the local pool. And then if new content is required the program could do a periodic sync to NWEA. This would be helpful for load balancing on our network.

  9. We need a solution for Mobile Device Management on our laptops (MacBooks) We use Mosyle and the App for this blocks the browser as they both 'share' the highest levels of security. Our only solution is to manually delete the Moysle App off every laptop in the school used for testing prior to each testing session. This is time consuming and frustrating. (They do not conflict in iOS for our iPads)

  10. As districts become more data-savvy and data-driven, it would be helpful to have a direct upload (API) with programs like Panorama for Education, along with other state and local data, for better decision-making.

  11. In order to do bulk uploads to a system, we need the pdfs to be saved under the student number. Right now, it's just generating a random number. I understand we can use a .csv file bulk upload, but not in the format of a pdf for parents, which is what we need. Can the saving convention be changed?

  12. An Excel (vs current pdf) download of all users. Currently, I get a 20-page PDF with many of the same users at all our schools that I have to sift through visually in order to inactivate defunct users. It would be great to have the columns list the persons' last name, first name, and school. Thanks!

  13. When looking at data for STAAR in Texas, students who fall under "meets" and "masters" are also included in the "approaches" percentage. Also, any student who is in the "masters" zone is also included in the "meets" zone. It would be helpful if reports that are populated already included these students in the "approaches" and "meets" categories. Currently, we have to calculate this by hand.

  15. Our district would greatly appreciate if you could report overall MAP Growth proficiency to match state proficiency in the linking studies. The MAP Growth data is giving our teachers a "false sense" of data. For example, our students are making growth and improved achievement but not enough to make state proficiency.

  17. Is it possible for each type of assessment to be given a number in the drop down menu?

    For example,
    01Map growth Texas assessment math
02Map growth Texas assessment math (accessible)
    03
    04
    05...

We have some teachers who select the incorrect assessment due to the fact that the assessment names are so similar, therefore, creating skewed data or students having to retake assessments.
