  1. The quick search option for students is important for campus and district-level employees who need to look at data, so they do not have to drill down through Campus/Grade/Teach/Class.

  2. We use the Screener in between the Growth testing (BOY, MOY, EOY) to track data. The screener is only 20 questions in math and ELA. There is only 1 report that I can find to view the data. I have to look at EACH STUDENT one at a time. There should be an easier report to view Screener data and break it down.

  3. Our teachers LOVE the ASG. The love the original report (they call it the sticky notes). We also love the new school and class reports. However We are missing a report that plots each individual student in the entire grade level on the quadrant chart. This would really help planning grade level interventions, tutoring, enrichment, etc.

  6. The 2+ “What’s This Test About” video is a too young for our middle & high school students. The info is great but geared toward elementary students and is outdated. Please update with fresh content geared toward older students. We need a tool that teaches our students about the assessment AND gets them motivated to take the test.

  8. The article "What is the linking study and where can I find it?" When you click on this link, it gives the incorrect steps to locate .

    It says:
    Nwea.org
    solutions
    then select your state from the menu.

    It is missing the step where you select approvals by state.
    This made it very difficult to find the linking study without support.
    Why are the links not placed in the reports, as in previous years?
    This would be more user friendly for teachers and districts to access.

  11. I love the family report with the graphs for growth in reading and math over time. I also like the high achieving or low achieving and high growth or low growth. It gives a better picture of how they are doing, in my opinion.

  12. All I want to do is print my students' scores...not train on how to find them on your website. No one has time for that and I can't find any of the stuff I actually need! Let's take it back to an assessment website instead of a professional development website.

  13. Is there a way we can prevent the students from finishing very quickly? Rapid guessing doesn't come up for some kids because that is within the "assumed time," etc. However, a majority of the kids are taking a 42-47 question math test in less than 30 minutes. A lot of kids who are below average know way more than their placement. Or ask them more "current grade level" questions on top of the past standards to help improve their score. Thank you!!

  16. Please notify your users IN ADVANCE for upcoming maintenance not only on the status page but also the connection page specifically for Maintenance Time: https://connection.nwea.org/s/system-maintenance-windows?language=en_US

    It is not helpful at all inserting a not-in-time (have to refresh to check the latest update) log in notification for an upcoming maintenance time within several hours. It is very difficult for schools to reschedule everyone with the last-minute notice. Especially international schools that are not in the PDT time zone.

    It is particularly not helpful if everyone will have to wait till the admin sees the notice and react to it. Please send…

  17. MAP should PROACTIVELY post a message on their website and/or send immediate communication to their stakeholders when they're experiencing internal issues, i.e. today's server issue, RATHER THAN waiting for stakeholders to contact them, wait on the phone for hours of time, to find out what the issue is. Today's server error was INCREDIBLY disruptive to our EOY testing schedule and school community. The communication from MAP was not there and could have mitigated many of these frustrations.

  19. Can the slow down sloth be set up within the MAP test to appear more quickly? We recognize this is a product change but are hoping it can be seriously considered.

    Our team has noticed a critical feature of MAP NWEA is not quite what it could be. There is a "slow down sloth" that appears when students take the MAP test too quickly, randomly clicking through the answers. This was a feature we were excited about when we first moved to NWEA assessments.

    The sloth is a great feature but is too slow to appear and misses many students…
