  1. Currently, the only way to see who has not tested is to give the School Assessment Coordinator role. We don't like to give this role to buildings because of the ability to edit student data among other things. It would be great to give the Admin the ability to see the students with out valid tests report.

  2. It would be helpful if we could download projected growth for students following a term of testing. For example, there is a column for Fall-to-Winter Projected Growth column in the Combined Data Export, but it is only populated in the Winter when there is actual growth. Having this projected growth goal in this report in the Fall would allow teachers to provide information to students to support goal-setting and action planning. While this data is available in the Student Profile Report, that requires either calling each student up 1 by 1, or printing multiple pages per student, instead of being…

  4. Please give us the ability to reset user passwords. I've had to call/chat about 5 teachers unable to use the forgot password option (and they have existing accounts). I've wasted so much time on it, including with a chat help who forgot to escalate so we've missed more days of testing.

  5. If a school uses Clever Sync for Automatic Rostering, having a checkbox in the student profile for a manually entered student through NWEA that would override the sync of that profile would not be erased on the next sync. Then uncheck the student when ready to have the next sync erase the student. It would be helpful for screening new students before they are active in the school's SIS.

  6. When looking at the ASG quadrant report, I am unable to see an entire class period at once due to some of my classes being split in to multiple sections (Co-teach/ICS in high school). It would be awesome to be able to pull up those different sections all at once to see the data for a whole class period.

  7. Have a bank of DEMO Data that consists of all subjects that can be used during summer PD for teachers when school district data is not available. That way teachers can get in and get hands-on with actual data to see which reports will be most beneficial for driving both Tier 1 and small group instruction in their classrooms. Just watching videos on the NWEA website, or looking at pictures of the different kinds of reports, is not enough for teachers to get good at using the multitude of ways that NWEA can be of use to them in their…

  8. The quick search option for students is important for campus and district-level employees who need to look at data, so they do not have to drill down through Campus/Grade/Teach/Class.

  9. We use the Screener in between the Growth testing (BOY, MOY, EOY) to track data. The screener is only 20 questions in math and ELA. There is only 1 report that I can find to view the data. I have to look at EACH STUDENT one at a time. There should be an easier report to view Screener data and break it down.

  10. It would be extremely helpful to have interactive reports (similar to the school profile reports) that would drill down domain specific data for a grade level. For example: I'd like to see how many students are struggling in a specific content area domain for a school and/or district.

  11. We want to associate student reports with our students in our SIS. It would be a huge time saver to allow a bulk download of all Student Profile or Family reports in a zip file. The PDFs could be titled with the student ID number for easy importing. Thank you.

  14. I work at a school and all students have learning disabilities, primarily dyslexia and reading comprehension struggles. That being said, most students take more than one day to complete the test and some even take 3 or more sessions. There are a few students who are unable to complete the test but have put in many hours and are able to get a RIT score.

It would be great to have an option where there is a "did not finish" button that allows us to end a test and obtain the RIT score, but as some sort of indication that…

  15. The 2+ “What’s This Test About” video is a too young for our middle & high school students. The info is great but geared toward elementary students and is outdated. Please update with fresh content geared toward older students. We need a tool that teaches our students about the assessment AND gets them motivated to take the test.

  17. Each year our schools are caught off guard when Chromebooks and IPads are not able to support NWEA testing. It would great if, as one of these devices approaches end of life, the NWEA application would detect the situation and notify the users that their machine may not work during an upcoming testing session.

  18. I love the family report with the graphs for growth in reading and math over time. I also like the high achieving or low achieving and high growth or low growth. It gives a better picture of how they are doing, in my opinion.

  20. I wish that you would move multiplication/division out of the other skills tests and make them a skills test of their own. If students have not had those yet, they get very frustrated which spoils the rest of the test for them.
Also, I wish you would limit skills tests to 10-14 items, pinpointing more specific topics, and have more skills tests.
