  2. Make it so you can click multiple "radio buttons" next to school names at time to remove schools from the School Proctor role. As of right now you can only delete one school at a time and it's painful and very time consuming when you have remove 51 schools from one teachers and you have 1,000 teachers to edit.

  3. Currently, if a student's name contains a double quote character, the CSV file from the Data Export Scheduler does not properly escape the character causing issues with opening/displaying the data file.

    Example:
    (currently) ,"James "Jr"",
    (correct escaping) ,"James ""Jr""",
    In a CSV, double quote characters should be prefixed with an additional double quote character.

  6. Offer the Students Without Valid Test Results report in a spreadsheet format, please! The pdf does not allow for cross-referencing with assigned math classes for example and only provides searching by grade level which is tedious when students in the same grade are taking different tests (for example, some 9th graders take Algebra and others take Geometry)

  7. Thank you for the update that you provided for the MAP Growth Family Report download functionality, it was very helpful.

    Is it possible to include the word Student before the ID and the number (current information on the family report ID: 124001400282506) on the individual student report?

    Is it possible to have the same information from the Student Progress Report (Student ID: 12400100282506) on the family report?

  8. My daughter (3rd grade) recently gave me feedback about why she doesn't look forward to these tests and I found it important to consider. When she sees her peers finishing the test before her she gets antsy to finish so she can read, draw, or do something else silently at her desk until all of her classmates are finished. The standardized way a test is administered is as important, if not more important, than the actual test questions and results. My daughter thought she was less knowledgeable and slower than the other students because she was taking longer to finish…

  9. Make it so admin can roster for all testing session at one time. We should not have to roster before each session, Fall, Winter, and Spring.

  10. On the student profile report, bring back the info in the black box that used to appear when you hovered over a point on the student's graph that shows their individual growth over time. It was helpful to have this info in one place rather than having to click around for it.

  11. Is there a way to send out test results directly from NWEA. ILEARN has this option as a family access page and they just log in and are able to see results. This would save paper and man power for the teachers or office staff

  12. For MAP Growth tests, I want a file that lists all of the Learning Statements for each student after they have taken the assessment. Right now, I have to go into each individual student to pull up their Student Profile to find this information. I want it available as a district .csv so that I may extract the individual statements for specific groups of students.

  13. This test is very difficult to administer. Please make it easy for teachers by being able to assign the test once and being done. It is very difficult to have to keep confirming kids. The kids often get kicked out and you have to check them and give them a different status and then confirm them again, so I can't go on to other tasks that I have to do - I am constantly having to monitor whether my kids have access to this darn test. The administration of it is not user-friendly at all!

  14. A report that showed the students percentile of each "topic" tested within the assessment.
    For ex: on the k-12 Science test- we want to see how our students did (%) on Earth and Space. This way, we can pull the lowest 20% in a small group. This may be a different group of students with the "Life" science topic of the test. So we would pull another group.

It would be nice for our intervention teachers to have an option to progress monitor students on individualized learning plans to ensure students are making adequate progress towards their goals. This may be an option through additional paid platforms, but we only have access to MAPS Growth for the time being.

  17. The latest RIT Reference Chart Brochure is from 2019. An updated copy with the 2025 norms would be VERY helpful as it is a great visual for new teachers doing MAP testing for the first time along with parents. It gives a great example of where students are currently at.

  18. This is more focused feedback than a suggestion, and we hope it's not taken lightly.

    The NWEA Secure Browser app on Windows is notoriously worse at handling any kind of network disturbance—interruptions, hiccups, temporary disconnections, you name it—than its ChromeOS counterpart.

    We’ve spent countless hours “troubleshooting” issues with NWEA support between the Winter 2024–2025 and Spring 2024–2025 periods, but the word troubleshooting is doing some heavy lifting here. While every person who has assisted us by phone has been polite, professional, and willing to help, it’s clear that NWEA lacks the systems and tools necessary to effectively support large schools…
