MAP Class Report Data Expansion
Can we please have access to class report data for more than the current and the previous academic year?
This will help teachers access class data for classes taught after students no longer take the MAP tests.

Import students with specific test
It would be super helpful to be able to create test sessions by uploading a CSV, where I can put kid, testing location, and assign the test and upload that information.

Think Long-Term
You can only have policies that are hostile to your customers for so long until you lose business. You are not Apple where you can brainwash your customers into thinking they are the problem instead of your product (and even that approach does not last forever). There are too many to list, but one is making it impossible for someone to have multiple accounts tied to the same email address (e.g. larger organizations) and rolling this out during the summer where those who can help at the school level are out for the summer. There are far better ways to…

Drill down ability in Class Profile
When viewing the online vefrsio of the Class Profile report would like to have the ability to drill down directly from the Achievement %tiles area of the report. Click on the 61-80% grouping and see just those students. This would avoid having to scroll down past the Students Grouped by RIT Band and then sort the %tile in the Test Details by Students group.

csv
It would be very helpful if we could get a CSV version of the report that shows students without valid tests/test results by status. CAASPP for example has a report that shows all students and their test statuses as a CSV, it's very helpful because I can plug that CSV into a spreadsheet of my own that groups students by class or grade or subject or easily filters for certain things, giving it as a PDF makes it very hard to share unless I'm sharing the whole file. Even just being able to get a report of the whole school…

MAP Testing for Social Studies 8th grade
There should be an option to test students and social studies, especially in Texas. Students are expected to know and learn 8th grade U.S. History for STAAR and it would be helpful to see them exposed to content in 6th-7th grade and to see if they have academically grown.

Clever Sync and Manually Rostering a student
If a school uses Clever Sync for Automatic Rostering, having a checkbox in the student profile for a manually entered student through NWEA that would override the sync of that profile would not be erased on the next sync. Then uncheck the student when ready to have the next sync erase the student. It would be helpful for screening new students before they are active in the school's SIS.

test taking tips for parents
It would be helpful to have a PDF of how parents can help their child prepare for the NWEA MAP tests. This would help build motivation through students and encourage their families to take part in their learning.

All subjects on one page
Our teachers have expressed that they wish there was a report that showed the results of all subjects on one page rather than separate.

Khan Academy coherence map for Growth 2-5 Reading
Just like NWEA publishes a coherence map between RIT scores and suggested Khan Academy lessons for math, you should do the same for MAP Growth 2-5 Reading.

UPDATE - Student Achievement Norms and Student Growth Norms Resources
Please update the Student Achievement Norms and Student Growth Norms Reference pages to account for COVID Gap and most recent national norms. This resource is crucial to truly analyzing our student data. Our teachers do not feel that norms from 4 years ago is dependable and accurate when analyzing their current data.

Getting Kicked off the Test
They should not get kicked off the test because they are a slower reader (there should be no time limit). I was informed they give them plenty of time before they kick them off. Whatever that limit is, it is not enough. I watched two students scrolling through and reading it and both got kicked off. It is not enough time. There should be no time limit at all. If there is, then it is a timed test. I was told MAP is not a timed test.

Shorten the MAP Growth Test
As an experienced teacher who has seen the MAP tests in action for several years, I feel that the test is too long for students. MAP-R especially requires a serious amount of reading stamina for 4th and 5th grade students. I saw that you measure growth in 3 areas on the test. I recommend that you shorten the test to 30 questions (10 questions in each area). This would be a better measure of students reading ability and comprehension because students wouldn't get as tired and just give up.

My school is on the quarter system. I need the ability to compare 2 assessments taken in the fall, or 2 in the winter or 2 in the spring.
Please make it possible to produce growth reports for assessments given within the same period (Fall, Winter or Spring). We are on the quarter system at my school and it would be beneficial to see the results prior to student schedules / teachers changing

Update to Rosters Import File Requirements
The new update to the rosters import file requirements necessitates that each row have a valid email address associated with it. In theory, this is a good idea. But in practice, it is causing more work for schools/districts who have classes that are not yet assigned to an instructor yet (for example, classes currently being covered by a long-term sub). Previously, we were able to upload the file with "Staff" listed in the instructor column. Now, I am forced to manually change 300+ rows of data to connect each student in these classes to the appropriate instructor account. The previous…

Display more than one test in a term on the Student Profile Page
I give students the course-specific math tests, and my district requires the 6+ Math growth test. This means that on the student profile page, I can only pull up the data for the most recent test (or the test with the better standard deviation). I also cannot print the data for both the course-specific and 6+ Math for individual students or their guardians.

Showing things in multiple ways
We are teaching them that a number and a letter right next to each other means multiplication. For example, image.png, and they have to solve for X. But they way they are writing on MAP is
image.png image.png, meaning times X. It is very confusing to the kids because they already know it's multiplication and we no longer use the X for multiplication because it is a variable. Is there a place for administrators to make suggestions for improvements to the MAP/NWEA testing?? For our kids, it's ilke there is an extra "X" in the problem. (From MS Math teachers)2 votes -
User Role Activity Log
From a System Administrator standpoint, it would be great to have an NWEA user activity log to go back to. This way if anything needs attention and investigation as to why it changed or who changed it there is a way to follow up on it. It will also be useful if the activity log can be searched by the role type of the account holders. The activity logs data range could cover the current school year and the year before to allow for change control and case management.
