Display more than one test in a term on the Student Profile Page
I give students the course-specific math tests, and my district requires the 6+ Math growth test. This means that on the student profile page, I can only pull up the data for the most recent test (or the test with the better standard deviation). I also cannot print the data for both the course-specific and 6+ Math for individual students or their guardians.

Better Communication of Technical Issues
Better communication when there are technical issues. Right now the iOS NWEA app doesn't work with iOS 17.x. The NWEA status page still doesn't show this issue. It would also be extremely helpful to get an email when an issue like this comes up. We have a testing window starting next week and we had to spin our wheels trying to troubleshoot this issue.

Easier Reporting for Tests Completed
I can run a report under manage students, but it is one student at a time. It would be more convenient if I could run a report for an entire grade to confirm that everyone has completed the four tests needed. Currently, I have to search for each student individually because we administer Math tests specific to the enrolled class.

Create Your Own Report
It would be helpful to have a way to create your own report with the data that MAP supplies.

User Role Activity Log
From a System Administrator standpoint, it would be great to have an NWEA user activity log to go back to. This way if anything needs attention and investigation as to why it changed or who changed it there is a way to follow up on it. It will also be useful if the activity log can be searched by the role type of the account holders. The activity logs data range could cover the current school year and the year before to allow for change control and case management.

Graph Illustrating Student Growth In Instructional Areas
It would be nice to share student growth in the individual instructional areas (e.g. Matter, Energy, Motion) over the course of the school year. I envision a graph with Time on the X and Score on the Y and three lines (one per instructional area).

Student Count in Test Scheduling
When I am selecting students to add to a test session, it would be really helpful if they were numbered in the Student List. Sometimes I can have 50+ students in a session without any quick way of reconciling and checking that I have the correct number of students other than counting them all.

BUG: Escape characters missing in the CSV export file
Currently, if a student's name contains a double quote character, the CSV file from the Data Export Scheduler does not properly escape the character causing issues with opening/displaying the data file.
Example:
(currently) ,"James "Jr"",
(correct escaping) ,"James ""Jr""",
In a CSV, double quote characters should be prefixed with an additional double quote character.Link to RFC rule:

Terminating Tests
We would like the feature where admins are the only ones able to terminate tests. We have had issues this year with staff members terminating instead of suspending tests. This causes the student to have to start the test over.

Don’t assume students know fairy tales
Instead of assuming students know tales like Cinderella in order to compare it to a different story-include a version of Cinderella for them to actually read.

Special Education
As a special education case manager, it is very tedious to sort through individual teacher's classes to find my student's data. I would love the availability to create a "caseload" where I could claim students as mine to quickly track progress, better inform my small group groupings, improve reteaching instruction, produce reports, etc. Thank you for considering.

The Family Report requires that you be rostered for the current term in order to be generated. (Even for previous terms)
The Family Report requires that you be rostered for the current term in order to be generated. (Even for previous terms) That makes it difficult to share with parents during other terms - we share these each year at the 3rd quarter mark at conferences, but our district doesn't let us roster for 2 more weeks. It would be far more beneficial to us if we could print the previous terms at any time. For example, what if we needed to print it for a student who left our school and we could no longer roster. If you want this…

Make proctoring more teacher friendly!!!!
It is so incredibly frustrating and stressful to login 20 kindergarteners. There are so many steps and it makes proctoring experience SO stressful. There are so many things to click through per student and it takes so much time per student. Please walk through the process and look at it through a teacher's point of view. The data that we get from testing is helpful. But the actual logging in takes sooooooooo long especially for younger students. (Also, having teacher proctoring page refresh every 10 seconds rather than 60 seconds). I also can't see where the students are at via…

New Batch Family Report is cumbersome
Bring back the old Family Report, please! The new Batch Family Report exports as a zip folder, where each individual student's file has to be opened in order to print. I have 300+ reports to print, and opening each student one at a time is not effective or efficient. The old report allowed users to run and print a whole class at a time with page breaks.

Enable TTS on Graphics and Images
Students who need TTS for all content should be able to use the embedded TTS feature within MAP - they should not have to learn to use a new tool like a screen reader just to access text in images and graphics. Screen readers will also read navigation buttons and other text on the screen that is not a part of the test item potentially creating confusion and adding cognitive load.
Please build images and graphics for test items that can be read aloud by the embedded TTS within MAP.

Offer the Students Without Valid Test Results report in a spreadsheet format
Offer the Students Without Valid Test Results report in a spreadsheet format, please! The pdf does not allow for cross-referencing with assigned math classes for example and only provides searching by grade level which is tedious when students in the same grade are taking different tests (for example, some 9th graders take Algebra and others take Geometry)

Allow for the option to change text to speech voice
Allow for the option to change the voice for text to speech accommodations. The voice doesn't not accurately read the text, and will say /red/ when we would want /reed/ for the word read. It will also change long and short vowel sounds so that students are unable to understand what is being read to them.

When rostering, schools should be able to roster for all 3 testing sessions at the same time.
Make it so admin can roster for all testing session at one time. We should not have to roster before each session, Fall, Winter, and Spring.
