  1. In the 2025 MAP Growth Norms Technical Manual, the achievement percentiles are represented in increments of 5. This would be more useful if you posted the entire table, similar to the 2020 norms, with Pct. 1-99.

  2. At present, both achievement and growth percentiles are reported for the most recent score, but only prior achievement percentiles appear when hovering over previous data points on the individual student performance graph for a subject. student growth percentiles should also pop up because relative growth at different times can be a crucial diagnostic.

  3. Removing our permissions to edit our own district has been disastrous. We've had to add a new school, and where we could have done so immediately in the past, we have now waited over a week, and the school still has not been updated. This is ridiculous.

  4. Ever since the recent update, the “Create Student” button in Active Session has disappeared for District Proctors.

    I get it — streamlining user roles is probably meant to improve clarity and control. But honestly, this was not a smart move. That button was essential for those last-minute situations when a student shows up for testing but isn’t rostered yet.

    Having to go through Manage Students or upload a full roster file just to create one student profile is not efficient, especially in high-pressure testing moments. The old setup let us create a student in seconds, right in Active Session. It…

  5. Teachers need to have the same tab that admin has in reporting. Specifically the growth and achievement bar graph on the second tab that is under the admin reporting section.

  6. This is more focused feedback than a suggestion, and we hope it's not taken lightly.

    The NWEA Secure Browser app on Windows is notoriously worse at handling any kind of network disturbance—interruptions, hiccups, temporary disconnections, you name it—than its ChromeOS counterpart.

    We’ve spent countless hours “troubleshooting” issues with NWEA support between the Winter 2024–2025 and Spring 2024–2025 periods, but the word troubleshooting is doing some heavy lifting here.   8. I would love to have a report where I can see all students in a spreadsheet with all of their existing scores by term. I.E. For math student ben I would be able to see each of his scores for whaterver date range I pull. This would be very helpful for quality control and to quickly identify students who are not progressing.

  11. To help build student confidence the test starts out with 2-3 easy (on grade-level or below) field questions. These questions do not have to count towards the test score. I have given this assessment several times and on the first or second question, I have students crying defeated because the question is so hard.

  12. Proctors should not be able to administer a test. I have had multiple proctors terminate multiple tests because a student thinks they are not done with a test (forgot they finished with a different teacher a different day), and the teacher gets flustered and terminates the test, thinking they can reset it so the student can be assigned a new test. Please make it much more difficult to terminate a test so this is not accidentally done. Thanks!

  14. With the recent removal of the standard version of the MAP screening tests leaving only the accessible versions of the MAP screening tests, the pop-up warning that you have selected an accessible version of the screening tests that tells you to make sure you have chosen the correct version is misleading and causes proctors to question their choice when there is no longer any other version to select. Can that message be removed?

  15. Please design a video to send to parents along with the family report helping them understand how to interpret their child's report. It would be great if that link can be embedded into the report so that they can access it if reports are sent digitally.

  16. As a district level user of the NWEA reports, I want to be able to filter the grade levels of the "District Profile" and "Student Summary" reports to only include our Elementary Data. I am the assistant director of Elementary Schools. So, when I pull data, I am not necessarily as concerned with the data for grades 6-9. It makes it difficult to view these overarching reports if i can't filter on specific grade levels. The Middle School Assistant Director would agree. When she views District Level Data, she doesn't need K-5.

  19. It takes a lot of time to click "set goal" for each student. It was previously fixed so that when you clicked it for one student, it automatically set them for the rest of the students in the class. This has been a step backward! Honestly, there shouldn't be a need to click "set goal". We trust the algorithm of the program, just set them!

  20. It would great if, on the "Test Event History" page we had a short statement about the cutoff "Standard Error Score" that wold invalidate a student's test.

    Also, if we could have a statement that shared there was an invalid score on a stdent profile page that would be helpful.
