It would be wonderful to see the new screeners as well as Growth available in other languages besides Spanish.
Even a printable version of the test for translation would be beneficial in determining what a student already knows and can do.

Partial Test RIT Score release
I work at a school and all students have learning disabilities, primarily dyslexia and reading comprehension struggles. That being said, most students take more than one day to complete the test and some even take 3 or more sessions. There are a few students who are unable to complete the test but have put in many hours and are able to get a RIT score.
It would be great to have an option where there is a "did not finish" button that allows us to end a test and obtain the RIT score, but as some sort of indication that…

Update 2+ “What’s This Test About” video
The 2+ “What’s This Test About” video is a too young for our middle & high school students. The info is great but geared toward elementary students and is outdated. Please update with fresh content geared toward older students. We need a tool that teaches our students about the assessment AND gets them motivated to take the test.

Can you still access family growth reports? I love the visual of the graphs.
I love the family report with the graphs for growth in reading and math over time. I also like the high achieving or low achieving and high growth or low growth. It gives a better picture of how they are doing, in my opinion.

Mass Goal Setting Button
My campus teachers are asking for a tool that will mass set their students goals instead of having to go into each student and each subject to update the winder and spring goals.

improve visual impairment accommodations
We have a child whose results will have no validity because the test does not allow for sufficient visual impairment accommodations. The test needs to allow for:
-Dark mode (white background fatigues the student's eyes)
-Sans serif font (serif font is very difficult to read with the student's impairment)
-Ability to magnify beyond 200% (graphics and math formulas sometimes require greater magnification)
-Ability to magnify charts, graphs, and answer choices (these could not be enlarged/made readable)The unsecured browser over-rode all the native Visual Impairment settings on the student's laptop and would not allow them to be re-set. Either a…

data from hovering over tests
In the past, you could hover over each testing date on the progress graph and see information about that specific test. Could that feature return? It was so very helpful and we are really missing it.

Improve text-to-speech
The text to speech pronounces environment incorrectly, as it pronounces the second 'n'. Also, it pronounces 20,000 as "20, zero zero zero". You could make the program run a check for whether the text says 3 numbers after a comma, or if there's just a space and 2 other characters. (Idea submitted by a student.)

The graph on the student report page is NO LONGER ACCURATE!!
I was just informed that the norms were updated this summer. However, the student report page has changed all previous windows to reflect the new norms. THIS IS NOT ACCURATE OR CORRECT. The percentiles are no longer accurate and the graph CANNOT be used to interpret the data. For example, a 157 for 1st grade for spring of 2025 was in the 15th percentile when the test was given. Now, it shows that the percentile is the 24th percentile. This makes the score within the average range while the 15th percentile is outside of it. This is a very large…

Universal Enabling for Text-to-Speech
It would be great to have the ability to turn on the text-to-speech accommodation (and select from the current configuration options for text-to-speech) for all schools/sessions/students. As some state assessments move to offering text-to-speech as a universal accommodation, it would be helpful to be able to standardize this for MAP Growth as well. Asking individual proctors to turn on the accommodation leaves room for people to forget and leads to an inconsistent testing experience for students. Having a district/schoolwide option would be very helpful.

Reinstate the NPR on the Student Profile Report
I can no longer see the NPR on the Student Profile Report. Previously, on this report, when you would click on an historical test on the graph, you could see the NPR information for that test. I see with an online search that “NWEA has refined its reporting over time to emphasize specific metrics that they believe are most helpful for informing instruction. By moving the percentile rank, they have shifted the focus of the student profile report to a growth-oriented view, rather than a normative comparison.” As a Coordinator of Gifted Services in Ohio, I can only identify a…

Family Access to MAP Results
The process by which to share MAP results with families is miserable. The family report is not batch-exportable so until NWEA decides to prioritize this simple but critical aspect of the Family Report, the process remains a clerical and technical challenge.
I would strong advocate for NWEA to institute a system by which parents can enter their child's ID (provided and rostered by the school) and through this system, they can access their child's MAP report. This would remove the school as the "middle man" in the distribution of MAP reports and significantly ease the burden of schools in this…

Family Report
I print several Family Reports multiple times a year. Since batch printing Family Reports is not an option, can you please modify the interface?
Currently: once a report is printed, a button appears saying "Request Another Report." However, it does not work and you have to go all the way back to "Map Growth Reports" screen, scroll back down to to Family Reports and repeat the process.
It would be awesome if that button brought you right back to the Family Reports screen!4 votes -
Notify Users IN ADVANCE for Updated Maintenance Hours
Please notify your users IN ADVANCE for upcoming maintenance not only on the status page but also the connection page specifically for Maintenance Time: https://connection.nwea.org/s/system-maintenance-windows?language=en_US
It is not helpful at all inserting a not-in-time (have to refresh to check the latest update) log in notification for an upcoming maintenance time within several hours. It is very difficult for schools to reschedule everyone with the last-minute notice. Especially international schools that are not in the PDT time zone.
It is particularly not helpful if everyone will have to wait till the admin sees the notice and react to it. Please send…

Add a button that we can click to submit an issue with the website.
When getting kicked out of the test, and seeing an "error" message, or issue with the testing site. It would be nice to have a "report an issue" button that we can click. The status page takes a while to get updated and instead of having to sit on chat for over an hour just to say "hey, there's an issue. Did you know?" We could do something to make sure you knew - like click a button. Teachers are people of action - waiting around without any info about why we can't test, is very stressful. Especially when we…

accommodations
It would be helpful to have the ability for a testing administrator or testing coordinator to pull a report before testing has begun, but after sessions have been created, that shows which accommodations have been assigned to the students. This would allow administrators to confirm that the correct accommodations have been assigned to students before the test is given with the incorrect accommodations.

faster slow down sloth
Can the slow down sloth be set up within the MAP test to appear more quickly? We recognize this is a product change but are hoping it can be seriously considered.
Our team has noticed a critical feature of MAP NWEA is not quite what it could be. There is a "slow down sloth" that appears when students take the MAP test too quickly, randomly clicking through the answers. This was a feature we were excited about when we first moved to NWEA assessments.
The sloth is a great feature but is too slow to appear and misses many students…
