Allow school and district proctors to seize control of an active session
Currently, if a session is active, and the teacher or proctor has to leave for any reason during the session. The only way to continue to administer/monitor the session (and resolve potential student issues) is to have the teacher who started the session, end and save it before leaving. Then have the proctor or teacher who is replacing the teacher login to their account and resume the session. This is costly when time is limited, and interrupts a test in progress. It would be very helpful if district and school proctors could simply login, find the session in progress, and…

Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year.
Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year. I suspect you got a lot of feedback about the changes to the access page for MAP. I personally find them frustrating because I can't find anything and it just takes me back to the old place eventually, so that means more clicks. Changing it in the middle of the school year is problematic, however. We have documentation we have created in our district for staff to help them find things. When you change even how the page looks, we have to find all of the screen…

Revert back to the old MARC
Allow the option to revert back to old MARC. This new interface is very counterintuitive and not efficient.

Adjust the Rapid Guessing Threshold
The rapid guessing threshold should be adjusted. We had a student take an entire math MAP test in 11 minutes with nothing flagged as rapid guessing. This is not the first time a situation like this has occurred. I believe that the rapid guessing threshold is not effective currently and should be reassessed!

School test administrators need to be able to create sessions that the school proctors can access.
School Test Administrators should be able to create test sessions that the school proctors can access. This is possible for District Test Administrators, but it would be a more functional option if added to the School Test Administrators as well.

Visual Accommodations
We have a student with significant visual impairments who requires very large font and specific color contrasts. Please consider how the test questions look when enlarged 300% or so, especially when the reading passages go across the screen rather than on half the screen. When making the text that large, it becomes impossible to navigate for a visually impaired individual.

Add historical data to district profile
Please add more historical data to the dynamic District and School Profile reports. Currently we can only see the data for the current and previous school year. When looking at cohort growth and achievement, it is critical to have more data than just the current and previous school year to look at for trends. The median achievement percentile for a grade level is particularly important to our district.

Desmos Graphing calculator embedded in Algebra 2 MAP Growth
SAT/ACT/AP exams have Desmos graphing calculator. MAP needs to too. This is how instruction is in the classroom. Consistency is needed. Even if it is not NECESSARY to have a graphing calculator, if that is the way most students are being taught it needs to be available.

Email reports to parents
We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

Add test duration to report
Can a student's test duration be added to a report? (maybe the family report since the student progress report won't be available soon)

Build a more comprehensive class profile including common areas of instruction
The information in individual student profiles is extensive and incredibly detailed (almost too much information) but if I want to know "what areas should I focus on more in class?" I need to look at every individual student to compare what specific topics they have in common.
Since MAP has all the specifics for each student, can't we generate a report that gives these specific growth areas across the whole class? I.e. 75% of the class needs more instruction on identifying themes in a work, but only 36% of the class needs more instruction on identifying setting.

Improve Accessibility Features
Improve accessibility features for students with visual impairments. The built in magnification tool does not adequately or efficiently zoom in at this time. The test also does not work seamlessly with a Chromebook's built in accessibility features, such as the magnification feature.

Create additional norming groups. One group using participating independent schools and another group for those who are French American.
Norming data matters. By creating sub-sets/groups, the data can be more precise, thereby supporting certain stakeholders with the dialogues they are having around data. Because the ISEE and SSAT are not using the same test design or norming data, the results are lower than on MAP while these are still standardized tests. This creates confusion and some might perceive MAP norming to be less competitive if they have students moving on to private high schools or to universities because the norms for the ISEE (connected to ERB) and to the SSAT are more demanding (the percentiles don't align between MAP…

Terminate Test Warning Box- Different Color
I've had a few schools reach out and let me know that they accidentally terminated a test. One thing that I think would be helpful was if the "Are You Sure You Want to Terminate" box was a different color/looked different/etc than the "Are You Sure You Want to Suspend" box. I think a lot of people aren't reading the entire box and are assuming they are on the Suspend button instead of the Terminate button.

Instructional Area Performances on School Profile
Right now all you can see is an achievement breakdown of the overall test. I would like to be able to see instructional area performances for the whole school by grade level.
For example, I want to see which area (informational, literary, or vocabulary) has the lowest achievement for all of 8th grade in my school.

Show both English and Spanish Math scores on the dashboard
Our students take both Reading and Math in both English and Spanish. On the dashboards, you can see both Reading in English and Spanish. For Math, however, it only shows the higher of the two scores as opposed to showing both scores in both languages. We'd like to see both!

Class Profile Report
In the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES area of the Class Profile Report, I think it would be nice if it would tell the students' names rather than just the number of students in that percentile. I am suggesting the capability for the report to specify the students by name (not only number) by clicking on or hovering over the colored bars of the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES graph on the Class Profile Report.
