  1. In order to do bulk uploads to a system, we need the pdfs to be saved under the student number. Right now, it's just generating a random number. I understand we can use a .csv file bulk upload, but not in the format of a pdf for parents, which is what we need. Can the saving convention be changed?

  2. If a school uses Clever Sync for Automatic Rostering, having a checkbox in the student profile for a manually entered student through NWEA that would override the sync of that profile would not be erased on the next sync. Then uncheck the student when ready to have the next sync erase the student. It would be helpful for screening new students before they are active in the school's SIS.

  5. When looking at the ASG quadrant report, I am unable to see an entire class period at once due to some of my classes being split in to multiple sections (Co-teach/ICS in high school). It would be awesome to be able to pull up those different sections all at once to see the data for a whole class period.

  7. Kindergarten students may answer a math computation problem and when they have to tap and touch the number into the answer spot, it taps into the wrong place value column because the answer box is divided into ones and tens. Kindergarten is still in the early stages of understanding place value and should not have that count against them, as the main goal is that they understood the operation. The answer box should be developed with that in mind.

  8. We have 1st and 2nd grade dyslexia students that need the entire test read aloud. It would make it better to have the computer read it instead of a human so it would not distract others.

  9. We use the percentile ranking for several things at our school. If the information in the school profile could be downloaded in a CSV file that would be very helpful. We need to be able to sort the information. If the grade breakdown report included the percentile it would have everything we need.

  10. It would be helpful to have a PDF of how parents can help their child prepare for the NWEA MAP tests. This would help build motivation through students and encourage their families to take part in their learning.

  11. As a specialist I work with small groups of students in grades K-5 based on their ability levels and needs. The class view of the learning continuum was very helpful when making small groups, monitoring progress within groups, and planning lessons and differentiation. Without this tool I spend hours flipping back and forth through student profiles to see who is ready to develop which skills. We need this class view of the report back so we can see quickly what each student group needs to focus on and which skills the groups have mastered. Please bring back this report!

  13. When trying to assign accommodations and the choice is "greyed out" ie.. not an option - have a pop up and tell why you can not choose it. Just like when testing and you try to choose an action - at the top in red it tells you what stage the student has to be in to choose the action you want.

  18. Put a link to download the Roster Template on the Import screen. It used to be on the old Home screen and your help page still sends me to the home screen -- but the new one where the template is not located! (at least I can't find it easily)

  19. Currently, only proctors monitoring active test sessions can see students' progress during the tests. It would be really helpful if school coordinators could directly access and view students' progress in all active sessions without having to rely on each proctor to provide updates or download testing progress files. This would greatly simplify test management and reduce the burden on proctors, especially when monitoring multiple students. Thanks!

  20. Have a bank of DEMO Data that consists of all subjects that can be used during summer PD for teachers when school district data is not available. That way teachers can get in and get hands-on with actual data to see which reports will be most beneficial for driving both Tier 1 and small group instruction in their classrooms. Just watching videos on the NWEA website, or looking at pictures of the different kinds of reports, is not enough for teachers to get good at using the multitude of ways that NWEA can be of use to them in their…
