  2. When printing individual reports for a class it doesn't have the students name on every page. There are several pages that are included in their report. If any of the pages gets separated there's not way to tell who that belong to.

  3. There are several things that would be useful in fluency reporting:
    1. It would be wonderful to access a report that compares a student's fluency progress from testings across the year. I always have to sit and individually compare from fall to winter, winter to spring, spring to fall, etc.

    2. It would be helpful to have a clear chart of how the fluency levels (below, approaching, meets, and exceeds) are reached for grade levels. It is hard to determine why a student is kicked back to phonemic awareness when others are not.
    3. When clicking on an individual student…

  5. I wish the quadrant report and the family report were available in the MAP Reading Fluency. I also wish there was a report that showed every score for the whole year to follow their growth or lack thereof on a graph.

  6. We are currently using MAP Fluency three times a year to measure growth in foundational skills. As an administrator, there is no way for me to compare fall to winter scores in order to determine growth for students and/or classes without pulling reports and sorting through one giant report a million times and merging data to figure out which students belong to which teacher. Is there any way under term comparison report to add separate teacher data that can be turned on for admin and district admin?

  7. I would really like to be able to see a simple term over term comparison of the Foundational Skills with Dyslexia screener without having to toggle between 2 reports. Some of the other MAP NEWEA tests have line graphs showing growth --- something like that to help easily communicate results with our parents.

  8. There are times when we need to delete a child's score. For example, if a child is logged into the incorrect account. In October, I put in a help ticket to have a child's scores deleted. Those scores have not been deleted one month later. Please give us the power to manage our student accounts.

  10. Having more reporting options, or less-cumbersome reporting where we don't have to toggle back and forth between students or test. Some ideas include a printer-friendly version for benchmark matrix; one student report with benchmark comparisons; pie graph for class for overall benchmark scores, as well as levels within foundational skills. There are so many report options for MAP Growth, it would be FANTASTIC to have the same for Fluency so as to better interpret data.

  12. The progress monitoring is not very helpful if we cannot tell what level the students have progressed to to see if they are on track. The domain score just shows us the points the kids go up, but there is very little useful data for the progress monitoring. It could be a great tool if we could get a comprehensive report like with the benchmark and screeners.

  13. It would be nice if the Benchmark score was included on the graph. Maybe it could be a different color or a larger circle. That way the teacher and the students could see the progress/comparison with their BOY/MOY/EOY scores and progress monitoring.

  15. Is there a way to compare dates taken rather just by term? We have students who have taken the assessment in the same term but a month or so apart. I'd like to see the school-wide data as a whole comparing their Sept. to Nov. test.

  16. Export option to show only the latest scores. Instead of all. Multiple rows in the export file requires manipulation before uploading to other data warehouses.

In our specific case, there were multiple scores in "ProgressMonitoringFoundationalSkillsPhonologicalAwarenessDomainScore" and only 1 score for OralReading WCPM. The rows with the different PA domain scores were empty in the ORWCPM column. And the import overwrote the ORWCPM as blank when it got to that row

  17. Provide test results for families in Spanish or other languages if possible. There's a lot of school feedback asking for Spanish results to send home to families.

  18. There is a chart in MAP Growth that shows each child's growth over the years of taking MAP assessments in Growth. (Think the chart you see on your retirement statements. Is the line going up, down, or staying steady.) It would be great to have the same feature in Reading Fluency so we can see each child's individual progress over the year.

  20. I have two students who take their Oral Reading Fluency before 8:00. Their scores come up immediately. My next group takes their oral reading fluency after 8:00. Their scores do not come up immediately. Giving students immediate feedback is IMPERATIVE.
