  1. Current Student Report has an option to select (in the Test Events section), "Growth Only" or "All Valid". By selecting "all valid" we get a report for students who have taken the screening test. Please add this option to the Student Profile Report.

  2. Please create a way for a campus to print campus-wide family reports. It is too time consuming to print by teacher.

  3. A parent portal would be great! We want an easy way to share the family reports and information with parents. We need an option to give parents digital access to the family report without having to print it out for each student. This is very difficult, especially at the secondary level.

  4. Can we please have access to class report data for more than the current and the previous academic year?

This will help teachers access class data for classes taught after students no longer take the MAP tests.

  5. You can only have policies that are hostile to your customers for so long until you lose business. You are not Apple where you can brainwash your customers into thinking they are the problem instead of your product (and even that approach does not last forever). There are too many to list, but one is making it impossible for someone to have multiple accounts tied to the same email address (e.g. larger organizations) and rolling this out during the summer where those who can help at the school level are out for the summer. There are far better ways to…

  6. Map Growth Report Historical Percentile Ranks should now be included on the Student Profile Report since the Growth Reports are being retired. We need to be able to see and print all of the student's percentile ranks on one printable page. On the Student Profile Report we have to click on the RIT scores to reveal the percentile ranks but there is no way to print the report with all of the percentile ranks showing. 7. Years ago in an NWEA training, we were urged to do a manual upload for our campus admin to see students as a whole grade level and analyze data! I completely see the need for this! However, it has been years of doing these manual uploads and there still hasn't been any updates to an NWEA admin report that would allow this without all of the uploads each term! I would LOVE to see our campus admin have the ability to run any of these reports to see an entire grade level like a class. Is it something that can…

  8. Please add more historical data to the dynamic District and School Profile reports. Currently we can only see the data for the current and previous school year. When looking at cohort growth and achievement, it is critical to have more data than just the current and previous school year to look at for trends. The median achievement percentile for a grade level is particularly important to our district.

  9. When viewing the online vefrsio of the Class Profile report would like to have the ability to drill down directly from the Achievement %tiles area of the report. Click on the 61-80% grouping and see just those students. This would avoid having to scroll down past the Students Grouped by RIT Band and then sort the %tile in the Test Details by Students group.

  10. As Dual Language teachers, we would like to be able to pull reports that show students data in both languages side by side. Since we are developing students' biliteracy skills, we are interested in their progress in both languages and would like to the see the data next to each other to have a holistic picture of their capabilities.

  11. Please, please allow schools the option to report EITHER achievement OR growth scores to families. Right now, schools are required to report both if they want to use Family reports.

  12. It would be AMAZING if the system could sync family reports for individual students to a family email (or a pair of email addresses) to each individual student registered to the test. In other words, if a SYNC could attach 2 family emails to a test taker, then the family report could be emailed to the specific family instead of the school having to print or save 350+ individual PDF results, manually saved, then attached to an email for all 350+ students.

  13. Rapid guessing currently only searches 30% or higher. That is insane. Anything over 5% impacts their score. And quite frankly, it is excellent data for apathy in the upper grades as well as speaking towards testing stamina.

  14. It would be great to add a column to "students without valid test results" that indicates their progress towards completion. Minimally "not started" vs "suspended", but even better for suspended students would be to indicate what question number they are on, as it would make it easier to budget time for makeups.

  15. When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student. The Student Profile only produces 1 PDF file for the whole class (e.g., one 60-page PDF with results for 30 students). I need it to work like the Student Progress report that can produce 1 PDF file for each student (e.g., a ZIP file with thirty 2-page PDFs with the results for 30 students).

It's virtually impossible to separate a single 60-page PDF into thirty 2-page PDFs. Moreover, 99% of the ways someone might do that actually doesn't delete the other 58 pages--it just hides them in…

  16. It would be great for school administrators to find an absent teacher's sessions take over for an absent teacher as that teacher without having to duplicate the session and proceed. And administrator being able to "substitute" for the teacher immediately on the fly would be so convenient and a huge time and effort saver.

  18. As the Class Report takes the place of the Quadrant Report, I would like to be able to add growth comparisons. This is a more critical data point for a formative assessment than achievement.

I would also like a quick way to toggle between subject areas, gender, and ethnicities, like the quadrant allows.

Finally, I really like the summary data that is at the bottom of the quadrant report, including percentages, counts, and medians. Please don't take data away from me!

  19. I am wondering about how the quadrant report will be incorporated into the class profile reports. I would like to see what this will look like. I am also wondering if there is consideration for including this data in the school and district reports. It would be great if the district, school, and class reports were parallel and aggregated up to the next level with the same display and information. I like the summary data but more information is needed at the aggregate levels.

  20. Please add a filter in your School Profile so that we can view all students in either each grade level or the entire school, rather than having to scroll through each individual class. For example, I wanted to view all of the students for each of our schools that were in the 80th+ percentile. However, the only way to view was by either selecting the grade level and then clicking the "Blue" for each class to see a pop-up of the student OR, exporting the Grade Breakdown report and then aligning their RIT score with the Norms table.
