  1. Is there a way to print individual goal sheets for students, without "setting goals" for each individual student? This is something that was available in the past. These are nice to have so the students can "commit" to their goal.

  2. It would be helpful to have a "student report" and a "class report" that shows a list of TEKS the students are "ready for" or to make the current student report an excel download, so we can copy and cut the information we need / don't need.

I know the current student report shows this information, but it is about 12 pages long and it's a PDF, so we cannot do anything but print it, we can't grab the data we need.

If we could just download a list of the TEKS it would be much easier to use the…

  3. Currently, the reports that can be downloaded as a pdf (Family report). These reports cannot be used with their current format with a Document Delivery system such as the one in PowerSchool. The only workaround is to use a converter tool, such as Adobe, to convert the file to a word document, and then convert that document back to a PDF with the format "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service). Can you change the format of the original file in NWEA so we do not have to convert the file twice to be able to use…

  4. Create a new tile for "Manage Testing Sessions" for all users. This particular tile is beneficial to all users and it will be an easy access for "newbies" having trouble finding the "Manage Testing Sessions" to create, edit, and find saved testing sessions.

  6. When students time out, their names are no longer in the class list to log back in. The proctor must suspend them and then set them to "test again" after which they have to reboot and then log in again. THIS IS a software bug. The work around I have described is "solving" something that the developers should fix. Student names can be repopulated if the software is changed. Every teacher in every school encounters this problem and has for the past 17 years I have administered this test.

  7. We electronically report our student's results. It is not only time consuming, but completely unmanageable to select every tested teacher, download their results, and then merge the PDF for our system. Please allow full district Batch Printing.

  8. Make it possible for parents and students to login and see their data. Allowing batched PDF downloads is not empowering for these stakeholders and creates a ton of work for people in coordinator positions within the schools.

  9. Currently printing the family report by class takes too much time. We include these with reportcards. These must be able to be printed at the school/grade-level in larger batches. Adding translations in other languages is crucial too.

  11. The Learning Continuum changes DID simplify some things. But it is not viewable in anything but an oversized monitor. On a laptop or chromebook 90% of the screen is used by headspace and menus. The actual standards only show about 2 lines at a time. The headspace needs to be reduced, and the menus need to collapse. The collapsing menus already exist on other reports. Without it here, my teachers cannot use this tool.

  13. Each year our schools are caught off guard when Chromebooks and IPads are not able to support NWEA testing. It would great if, as one of these devices approaches end of life, the NWEA application would detect the situation and notify the users that their machine may not work during an upcoming testing session.

  14. I see that NWEA has decided to get rid of the class view on the learning continuum. I would love to give some feedback that I think this removal is a mistake. I have read your rationale as to why the report was changed and I wanted to express my disappointment with taking away the class view and showing which students fall within certain skills or standards on the learning continuum. I do feel it is part of data informed and effective best practices as long as it is not the ONLY data point considered. The rationale that teachers were…

  15. I would love an easy way to pull testing accommodations that a student received during testing at the campus/district level. If a student receives the wrong accomodation/did not receive an accommodation, our test data becomes invalid. Currently having to pull the data from the data export scheduler is not user friendly. You have to compare reports to find what you are looking for. If one of the reports within the export showed the student name, test they took, and the accommodations assigned, (within one report), that would be extremely helpful. The way it is currently set up, you have to…

  17. Allow printing of the continuum within the ranges. For example, I have a group within the 180-190 range, I want to make sure I apply these areas to this group. My next group might be in the 190-200 range. When I pull these students, I want to make sure I apply instructional needs appropriate for this level.

  20. Good day,

We have been looking for a way to provide meaningful, measurable, improvement in students academia, tied to The Center for Advancement in Social Emotional Learning, Heart Based SEL modules. Could we possibly work together to collect this data?
    Thank you!
