clever badge sign in
As a Kindergarten teacher, my students only ever use Clever Badges to sign into their Chromebooks. It's incredibly difficult to assign usernames and passwords, and then expect those same students to sign in to the system.
Is it at all possible to change the sign in to Clever badge sign in? PLEASE!9 votes -

Student Tracking of Progress Monitoring
We love MAP Fluency & the progress monitor feature. We would love for an option to be added so that students who are doing the oral reading fluency progress monitoring can track their progress by being able to log in & listen to their previous recordings. This would help with student goal setting too!

Send Email Messages about Upgrades & Bugs
Please send email messages to district staff about upgrades and any 'bugs' that have been discovered. There was a recent upgrade that caused disruption during testing. Also, please send email reminders about term turnover so that district personnel can inform school site personnel. This also caused disruption because a bug was causing students' tests to default back to English when the teacher had assigned the Spanish test. Thank you.

Confusing RHYME
In the rhyming section, the two clues are sun and one, the answer is run. Sun and one don't rhyme. It's very confusing.

Need variety in phonics/word recognition PM
I think phonics/word recognition progress monitoring needs to have different words each time. Some of my EL students keep missing the same words because they don't know what the word means. However, many times they can read the words.
A few of the words they get stuck on
pit (peach pit), mug, toss, drain They can read them but they don't know what they mean.I feel like that if they were given different words with the same rime, we would know if it was vocabulary or phonics.
I decided to watch one of my students take the test to…

Interpretive Tables
Previously, the Foundational Skills Table was located directly under the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) Levels. In the last few months, Sentence Reading Fluency Performance Levels/Grade-Level Expectations was put in between the two.
I would like to see the order as: ZPD Levels, Foundational Skills Table, Sentence Reading Fluency Performance Levels.2 votes -
Passwords
Currently, 4 asterisks are used BOTH when passwords have not been set and when passwords have been save, but are hidden.
I would suggest that **** only be used if passwords have not been set.
Once they have been changed, it could say "hidden password."As a user, I thought that passwords were not being changed and saved.

Phonological Awareness
In phonological awareness, it says the word speak and asks students to take away the /s/ sound. Students don't know what a peak is so it's not age appropriate. Thanks.

Seeing Running Records
It would be great if, after the AI has computed the students oral reading rate/fluency, we, as educators, can see how the system scored the running record. For example, it would show us what the students have omitted, substituted, etc., as well as where the student stopped at or around the 1 minute mark, 2 minute mark, etc. It would help us see what exactly the student did and help us to plan for instruction/target interventions or support.
