School Proctor and MAP Reading Fluency
As a "School Proctor" I should be able to proctor MAP Reading Fluency to any students at my school just like I can proctor other MAP Growth Tests to any students. Since I am not a homeroom teacher, I am not able to proctor MAP Reading Fluency tests and yet I am one of our school's learning support specialists. Because I don't have a class assigned to me, I cannot administer the MAP Reading Fluency Test. I think NWEA should give the same proctoring permissions for ALL tests (Growth and Reading Fluency) with the "School Proctor" permission. This is very…

Oral reading directions
When given a passage on the adaptive oral reading test, students are not given the directions to read it aloud. They are simply told "next I will show you a passage. Do your best reading.". Many of my students read it silently resulting in no score for oral reading rate or accuracy. I suggest the directions be changed to tell the user to read the passage out loud.

Exportable Reports
Can a report be created that is exportable to excel or in csv that includes the data from the subskills i.e. being able to export the instructional planning report into an excel to include the student id? We're trying to use the subskill data to create student groups across a very large grade level. Being able to export would expedite that process versus having to take the current instructional planning report and manually enter into an excel. Thank you!

Add teacher names to Fluency Export in Map Reading Fluency
I run the Fluency Export to see which students have been flagged on the dyslexia screener and ORF passages. It's very frustrating that the teacher's name isn't listed on that report with all the other information. I have to do so much work to match hundreds of students with their teachers in order to disseminate the data. Is there something I'm missing?

Accuracy Report Needed
Is there a report that we can get that determines what we need to work on for accuracy? Listening to the audio and determining what to work on, is a lot to put on teachers' plate.

Gray out green button
On the benchmarks, please gray out the DONE button until a minute or so has passed. Students want to hit it and we end up redoing tests.

Fluency assessment problems
Hello,
I have been having problems with the Fluency program booting me out. So, I have to log in multiple times while they are taking the test. I then noticed that when this happened, my students had problems with their assessment. As long as I kept moving my mouse to keep the program on, my students would be able to take their assessment without issue.1 vote -
Print All Screeners at Once
There should be a batch print option to print screener outcomes for a whole class or grade. It takes time having to print each report individually.

Print-friendly Benchmark Matrix Report
Please create a print-friendly version of the Benchmark Matrix report for map Reading Fluency.
Also, a printable report comparing terms for each student would be incredibly helpful.7 votes -
Export Options for MAP Fluency Data
Can you export an .xls report with just the columns of data shown in the screener outcome report? ex: Universal Screener outcome (flagged/not flagged), and the Percentile score for each foundational skill-PA, Phonics/Word Rec, Lang Comp. This option would be really helpful!

Report Printing
Instead of basically "print screen" for a report, there should be a PDF option that's more condensed (i.e. not so spaced that a class report is 5 pages long). Printing any is SO CUMBERSOME. For how many options and formats are available with MAP Growth, it's so disappointing Fluency's are so lacking.

Accessibility Features
MAP Growth has built in accessibility features for the Reading test. Could these be added to MAP reading fluency as well?

ISR language adjustment on Dyslexia Screener--confusing for parents
Our state now requires administration of the Dyslexia screener through Grade 3. It also requires reporting of scores to parents. When we print MAP RF's ISR, students at Grade 3 who are working at Levels 4 or 5 say "Below grade level" in red, even though they have capped out of the section. I understand it's because the student in Gr3 should have adapted out to Oral Reading, but we blocked them into Foundational Skills by assigning the Dyslexia screener. That verbiage HAS to change...it will/does create confusion for teachers and panic for parents. This edit needs to be high…

playback feature worked, but not for every student
Ohio Connections Academy: We found that the playback feature worked, but not for every student. There were many instances that the microphone did not pick up the student's voice with enough clarity to accurately complete the hand scoring and often teachers were completing an additional 1:1 reading diagnostic to get a better understand of the student's reading levels.
The teachers loved the reporting aspect of the reading fluency and the breakdown of the foundation skills, however for most students, teachers were completing the reading fluency benchmark along with another 1:1 reading diagnostic to fully understand the student's reading level.

There should be some way that the password that was created works immediately. It is very frustrating to know what the student's password is, and it not work.

Reading Fluency Growth Chart
There is a chart in MAP Growth that shows each child's growth over the years of taking MAP assessments in Growth. (Think the chart you see on your retirement statements. Is the line going up, down, or staying steady.) It would be great to have the same feature in Reading Fluency so we can see each child's individual progress over the year.
