An Excel (vs current pdf) download of all users. Currently, I get a 20-page PDF with many of the same users at all our schools that I have to sift through visually in order to inactivate defunct users. It would be great to have the columns list the persons' last name, first name, and school. Thanks!

Don't discontinue Student Progress report
Please do not discontinue the "Student Progress" report. It is ideal as it shows percentile changes over time, it is one page, and it can be printed by grade level. The new reports can only be printed by class and the student profile report is 4 pages with unnecessary data.

class breakdown
Please do not discontinue class breakdown reports (by RIT/by instructional area/by projected proficiency)
We use class breakdown reports to regroup students, effectively utilizing class breakdown reports to enhance instructional practices. Class breakdown reports are designed for teachers experienced with MAP.
Please pay attention to us who use MAP data deeply in daily instruction.6 votes -
Screener Reports
We use the Screener in between the Growth testing (BOY, MOY, EOY) to track data. The screener is only 20 questions in math and ELA. There is only 1 report that I can find to view the data. I have to look at EACH STUDENT one at a time. There should be an easier report to view Screener data and break it down.

Stop Scrunching the Growth Over Time Graph when Printed
The "Growth Over Time" report scrunches when printed as a PDF. It would be nice for students and families to be able to view this graph in the format it displays on a computer screen. I think it could be solved with an option to print the report in Landscape mode.

View only district level role
District Report Viewer Role
It would very helpful to have a district report viewer role. The role would not be able to add/edit users or students. Much like the administrator role for a campus. With the new district profile report being released, there are individuals in curriculum, data research and evaluation and in school leadership that need to see district data. Not having access to add/edit users and students is critical in order to keep our system clean.2 votes -
Testing Accommodations Attached to Student Record
Currently a student's testing accommodations have to be entered for each testing session. Accommodations also have to be re-entered within the same testing session if the student is assigned one test, (say the reading test), finishes the test, and then is assigned a different test (the Math test). We have so many students with accommodations in our system that it is easy to miss assigning their accommodations because we have to do and redo it so many times.
The desired system would allow an admin or SpEd staff (or anyone) to go into the system and assign accommodations directly to…

Student Progress Reports
The student progress report serves several crucial purposes:
It provides a comprehensive summary of a student's progress over time, saving significant time compared to locating this information in other reports.
It offers a quick snapshot that allows for easy data visualisation and pattern identification. This makes it quick and relevant for parents without overkill with jargon and data that is not necessary for them to see but is relevant for us as educators to use as a tracking tool.
Parents find it easier to understand their child's performance trends and how they compare to the global norm when presented in…

Individualized Student Portal
It would be great for students to have direct access to essential data reports. I envision for students to be able to login to NWEA and access their current MAP RIT scores in all areas, progress reports, goal setting reports, profiles reports, identified scoring guides, and diagnostic areas of improvement as an example. One of the objectives would be to illustrate the importance of understanding progress, growth, achievement and areas of recommended support. With students being able to access information directly, they may be more inclined to take ownership of their performances and increase engagement.

Khan Academy coherence map for Growth 2-5 Reading
Just like NWEA publishes a coherence map between RIT scores and suggested Khan Academy lessons for math, you should do the same for MAP Growth 2-5 Reading.

What have you done to Learning Continuum?!! it was perfect the way it was: loved all of the information: the details per ea. sub cat
Bring back the Learning Continuum of the past!! is was one of, if not the most useful reports a teacher could use for Math!! I'm unhappy with whomever made the change. Teachers used it to inform their daily math; find areas of weakness and strength; fine tune thier lessons and show growth from test session to test session within all sub categories in one report! It has it all there! No need to go here or go there to cobble together something as comprehensive and so utterly useful. Please give us back the magnificent Learning Continuum of 3 years ago.

Family Report to have option of one PDF per student
Include an option in the family report to create one PDF per student only not just per class. This is especially important as the student progress report is being retired in the summer. Otherwise, we don't have a way to share individual student MAP scores with parents digitally. Unless we spend hours on adobe splitting the PDF into individual students.

Include a way to print the family report by grade level.
Right now, an administrator can only print family reports by class. Printing would be faster if there was an option to select "print by grade level".

It would be wonderful if not only teachers could view reports, but so could students.

Add test duration to report
Can a student's test duration be added to a report? (maybe the family report since the student progress report won't be available soon)

Add goal descriptors to family report
Since the student progress report is no longer going to be available, could goal descriptors be added the to family report? (i.e. adding low, low/avg, average, high/avg, high to that report and where the student scores/falls in each area)

Student Profile Report does not have the ability to create individual PDFs like the Student Progress Report does.
Hi Victoria,
I called NWEA customer support with a concern about the Student Progress Report being retired (case #02920032) and spoke to Luis, who gave me your email address.
I currently use the Student Progress Report because I can download a class set of individual PDFs that I can in turn upload to each student's record in our student information system.
On the NWEA website, it says that the Student Profile Report replaces the Student Progress Report. But it appears to me that you can only select one student at a time. That would mean that I would have to…

Calculation change for STAAR proficiencies
When looking at data for STAAR in Texas, students who fall under "meets" and "masters" are also included in the "approaches" percentage. Also, any student who is in the "masters" zone is also included in the "meets" zone. It would be helpful if reports that are populated already included these students in the "approaches" and "meets" categories. Currently, we have to calculate this by hand.
